Worst customer service. The drivers never show up. Driver schedules classes in work hours and they keep postponing the classes if you give them your preference. If you ever call the office and complain, they say they just can't do anything, you need to work with driver.

I have experienced a couple different driving schools in Naperville and can honestly say without hesitation that Excel Driving School in Naperville far exceeds the competition. They answer their phones, have great communication, and have everything online making scheduling and keeping track of all the information completely convenient. I love that they pick and dropoff students from home or school or a friends house for Behind the Wheel sessions making completing the program very simple.

I wont suggest this school. I paid $525 for 10 hrs driving class. The instructor didnt even taught me uphill, downhill,parellel parking and he never took me to the highway!he kept saying in evry class...
I wont suggest this school. I paid $525 for 10 hrs driving class. The instructor didnt even taught me uphill, downhill,parellel parking and he never took me to the highway!he kept saying in evry class that he would teach me everything but at the end he told me to google these things.i still didnt get my license.i wasted my money nd my time!really not satisfied.

I have experienced a couple different driving schools in Naperville and can honestly say without hesitation that Excel Driving School in Naperville far exceeds the competition. They answer their phones, have great communication, and have everything online making scheduling and keeping track of all the information completely convenient.
