There is no skimping at Adams. I went there after finding out that they had taught most of the famous people on Chicago, but I more impressed by the amazing teacher I had who was super paient and made me understand about safety (my parents were happy). Read Less

Driving instructor was fine but customer service is not so great, in my experience. Billing dept say they will do something and then don't follow through. Also, when you get email reminders of your driving lessons, the emails include their personal notes on you, which makes for interesting reading. Read Less

They teach you a lot here. My instructor was nice and he cared about all of the students to make sure that they succeed. He didn't make me feel nervous while I was driving, and even after the first lesson with him, I was already comfortable behind the wheel. Adams is a great driving school. Read Less

Go elsewhere. They make you pay for your lesson if you don't show up, which is perfectly reasonable, except here is their scam. You call and cancel an appointment. They say ok. They then say they n... Read More
Go elsewhere. They make you pay for your lesson if you don't show up, which is perfectly reasonable, except here is their scam. You call and cancel an appointment. They say ok. They then say they never got your message so pay up. On another occasion the driver came to pick up our student, drove right by him, didn't see him, then charged us for a no-show. If you don't pay you lose all of the training hour credit needed to complete license requirements. They know they have you and take full advantage. I've been meaning to report them to the attorney general and secretary of state.Read Less

They teach you a lot here. My instructor was nice and he cared about all of the students to make sure that they succeed.
