This driving school is terrible. The people are completely clueless and they have terrible rules. I'm a student at this school and they recently charged me $40 for not bringing my actual permit. When I took the class, they told us to make copies so of course im going to bring one of the copies. No one told me that you couldn't ? I will be reporting this driving school. My driving instructors are rude and clueless. It's a pain in the ass and not worth your time. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Edward Jones is the worst instructor I've ever had the DISpleasure of having. His teaching is alright although he has on multiple occasions wished death on people (I didn't know that was allowed in a teaching environment...). Him as driving instructor is another story. He makes you feel very uncomfortable and makes up lies to make your driving seem worse than it actually is (are you really seeking perfection in STUDENT drivers?). It's not just the students who dislike him, even the other driving instructors feel some of his ideas of how to teach are downright dangerous. If you (or your child) have a driving lesson with Ed I would recommend you reschedule and find another instructor (Davis is pretty cool) because you are putting yourself in danger when driving with this madman. His attitude and presence has made my Top Driver experience bad which is not what you want when you are paying a lot of money. Until Edward Jones is fired (which is hopefully soon) I will not recommend Top Driver to any of my fellow classmates.

Smells like ass and feet inside the classroom. But Skelley got snapchat on that tracfone though. Impressive.

The instructor, Mr. Woods is enthusiastic and fun, as well as thorough. My child felt very secure driving after going through this program.

BAD BAD BAD customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They asked me to pay first to schedule appointment so I made the payment and customer service person told me someone will call me to schedule driving lessons...
BAD BAD BAD customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They asked me to pay first to schedule appointment so I made the payment and customer service person told me someone will call me to schedule driving lessons and for two weeks no one calls me !!!! I had to chase them in order to schedule driving lesson and still they are not able to figure out how to use their own system to schedule appointment. Horrible experience...!!!!

It was easy to sign up and make payment. Teacher was good and lessons were done well.

It was easy to sign up and make payment. Teacher was good and lessons were done well.
Now the negatives:
- Not a single spot is available to schedule a driving lesson for the entire next month.
- Instructors tell the kids to do a few lessons with their parents. Now you can see why.
- The whole reason of my signing up with Top Driver is so that I don't need to teach the basics. That goal is not met.
- There are only 3 cars in the location and more than 100 kids in the classes.
- It feels like "drink as much as you can" from an empty cup.
I am happy that I did not sign up for the platinum programme which I seriously considered.

I personally was a student here and really liked the experience! The instructors definitely go above and beyond in keeping class engaging while also giving you the skills you need to survive in a "real world" driving environment. We'd definitely recommend Top Driver to people looking for a driving school. If you're thinking of signing up, one tip I'd give is to be willing to be flexible when it comes to class times, because they often offer discounts to people taking classes during the off-season or at off-peak hours (after 6:00 PM, etc). We did that and saved almost $50 off the normal price.

My daughter broke her thumb this past Sat afternoon and had a lesson scheduled for 3 days later, on a Monday afternoon. Since the office is close on weekends, I called first thing Mon am to let them ...
My daughter broke her thumb this past Sat afternoon and had a lesson scheduled for 3 days later, on a Monday afternoon. Since the office is close on weekends, I called first thing Mon am to let them know AND faxed the Dr note that stated she broke her thumb. Was told that because I did not leave them a vm over weekend, they were charging me $40, even thought they would not get message till Monday am. Really, after all we pay for drivers ed, you have that type of customer service??? She broke her thumb!

I passed my driving test this week and could not have done it without the skills and expertise of the folks at Top Driver.
Despite my age (44) I had never driven before, had never even been interes...
I passed my driving test this week and could not have done it without the skills and expertise of the folks at Top Driver.
Despite my age (44) I had never driven before, had never even been interested in it honestly, but booked a block of 6 lessons and was taken from the raw beginnings to driving safely on the highway. The staff were excellent, polite, easy going, knowledgeable and fun so the lessons never seemed like a drag or a chore. I was given hints and tips to help me pass at every stage and couldn't be happier with the education they gave me.
Customer service was perfect - one time I had to postpone a lesson and it was rescheduled with no hassle and another time they had to reschedule by 30 mins but phoned to let me know in plenty of time in case I wanted to reschedule if the new time didn't suit.
I'd highly recommend this service to anyone.

This driving school is terrible. The people are completely clueless and they have terrible rules. I'm a student at this school and they recently charged me $40 for not bringing my actual permit. It was easy to sign up and make payment. Teacher was good and lessons were done well.
Now the negatives:
- Not a single spot is available to schedule a driving lesson for the entire next month.

We'd definitely recommend Top Driver to people looking for a driving school.
