First of all, this company is lucky to get a 2 star rating from me, and the only reason it is not lower is because my kid hasn't been able to get started with them yet. My main complaint is that Safe Start accepted payment of $350 bucks from me almost 3 months ago which was prior to writing this letter, I also submitted all the other info as instructed by them. Well, here we are about 90 days later with no word from them, via... email, phone, or postal service regarding confirmation, class times, or start dates. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me, take the money and then not perform on their end, even a phone call would've been better than nothing. Meanwhile, my kid is asking me on just about a daily basis, when he can start this class and start driving. For any other interested parties looking to sign their kids up with this school here's something else to think about..., I read the only review for these guys on Google and had to laugh, because it's pretty obvious someone with that company, (probably the owner) wrote their own review. My kids really like these things about SafeStart driving school: -they got to drive all over for an hour at a time -he is very patient and encouraging -He likes kids -he is very interested in us -he watches us very carefully and does not let us get into a bad situation -he tells us how to drive in class and then shows us in the car from One Happy Mom Read Less
