The people are extremely pleasant. The instruction at the school was informative. The driving instructor had some emergency medical issues which has put a delay in the behind the wheel instruction for my daughter. I understand that life happens but in the future you may want to be more diligent in keeping your clients informed in what is going on rather than leaving them wondering if you forgot about the remainder of the service they already paid for. No contact from the school for about 3 months. I called once and was told they would get back to me the next day. I had to call back again today, 2 weeks later because I received no returned call.
