Public Driving School provides affordable driver training in the state of Georgia. We are a Georgia State License school and our instructors are certified. We do pick ups and drop offs at any location in Stone Mountain, Decatur and Clarkston area. Our vehicles are also available for the road test.

Good pricing plus the driving instructor was AWESOME. He was easy going did not pressure you. He made you feel very comfortable behind the wheel. Haron showed me everything that was in the test to the t. I passed my test with a 95 so I was ecstatic. Thank you Haron for teaching me.

Haron is awesome! He ensures that you are comfortable and well trained in all aspects of driving and maneuvers. No one fails their driving test after he is through with his instructing. If you have never been behind the wheels before or if you have but not enough to be comfortable on the road then this is the school for you and the prices are UNBEATABLE. He also ensures that you are never overcharged by having you do one lesson first to see what you know and what areas you need to work on, then he recommends the number of hours you would need. That for me was a major plus.

I took 4 hours of driving with the instructor and went and passed my driving test with a 96! He was very informative and literally taught me everything on the test! The pricing was very affordable and not overpriced like many other driving schools. I would highly recommend this business!!

I do not recommend this company to anyone. Erin was so unprofessional. The first lesson he was great BUT the 2nd LESSON for my parallel parking he was the most disrespectful person ever. First my appointment was at 5pm. I waited outside he finally calls to tell me he's going to be 20mins late I said fine my road test is the next day I want to practice. Then he calls again and says 30mins then goes never mind its to much traffic I'm not coming. He then proceeds to say I'll ask if my other instructor can come. She calls me and tells me it will take her 1hr 30mins to get to me. He had the audacity to say that I live far I'm a inconvenience. I LIVE IN LITHONIA NOT FAR FROM STONE MOUNTAIN. I ask for the inconvenience can I get a discount he goes no it will still be $80. So your charging me $80 for a 3hr late appointment when I book my appointment a 2weeks in advance!!!! The thing the pissed me off the most was him yelling at me on the phone no apology for his tardiness nothing. Unbelievable

Erin is an excellent instructor! He was very patient with me and thoroughly explained when and how to make left and right turns, how to parallel park and back-up park, when to speed up and when to slow down, and so much more. By the time I was done with the last lesson, the road test was a breeze! I was a total newbie before the lessons, and now that I have my driver's license, I can take my mom's car out for a drive now without her having a heart attack. lol 😂 The main factor in me choosing this school was the pricing. Public Driving School has the best prices I've seen in Decatur/Atlanta so far and I highly recommend it!

Haron is awesome! He ensures that you are comfortable and well trained in all aspects of driving and maneuvers. No one fails their driving test after he is through with his instructing. If you have never been behind the wheels before or if you have but not enough to be comfortable on the road then this is the school for you and the prices are UNBEATABLE. He also ensures that you are never overcharged by having you do one lesson first to see what you know and what areas you need to work on, then he recommends the number of hours you would need. That for me was a major plus.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. Erin was so unprofessional. The first lesson he was great BUT the 2nd LESSON for my parallel parking he was the most disrespectful person ever. First my appointment was at 5pm. I waited outside he finally calls to tell me he's going to be 20mins late I said fine my road test is the next day I want to practice. Then he calls again and says 30mins then goes never mind its to much traffic I'm not coming. He then proceeds to say I'll ask if my other instructor can come. Erin is an excellent instructor! He was very patient with me and thoroughly explained when and how to make left and right turns, how to parallel park and back-up park, when to speed up and when to slow down, and so much more. By the time I was done with the last lesson, the road test was a breeze! I was a total newbie before the lessons, and now that I have my driver's license, I can take my mom's car out for a drive now without her having a heart attack. lol 😂 The main factor in me choosing this school was the pricing. Public Driving School has the best prices I've seen in Decatur/Atlanta so far and I highly recommend it!
