EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY CANCELED MY CLASS THE DAY BEFORE AND I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT THIS INFORMATION. They take no considerations as to the courts and the customers time very rude general manager and manager. They will argue with you on the phone and tell you they cannot preform the class. STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND. DO NOT GO HERE.
COMPANY WILL LIE AND SAY I WAS TOO OLD TO TAKE THE CLASS WHEN IM CLEARLY ONLY 24YRS OF AGE. CLASS IS ALIVE AT 25!!! THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES! I HAPPILY TOOK THE COURSE WITH THE NSC OF GA WITHOUT ANY ISSUES DUE TO AGE! STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY DRIVING NEEDS! You will get treated rudely, and then they will lie on there reviews! I informed the company the phone conversation was RECORDED. I WILL HAPPILY LET ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS HEAR THERE UNPROFESSIONAL MATTERS!!! ALSO HAS BEEN OVER 24hr AND STILL NO REFUND!
They informed me they didn’t have enough participants to perform the class! CLEARLY LIERS!!!

The woman who answers the phone is VERY RUDE she refused to give her name up and also hung up in my face after telling me she doesn’t have to answer any of my questions she just answers the phone. I have Spoken with her previously for another time that I had to take the class and she was even worse that’s how I remembered who she was when I called to ask her specific questions, she kept saying send an email I don’t have to answer your questions and hung up so I called her AGAIN just because I missed the time she may have told me to come and she got IRATE immediately. I’m unsure of her name but I’m positive it wasn’t Ms. T ! (Mrs.T Was A GREAT INSTRUCTOR)

Super thankful I chose this place to do my classes. The owner and instructor are very welcoming and super nice plus it's also incredibly clean. Huge thanks to them for all their help and time.

Office hours (allegedly) are 10-5. I made a 10:30 appointment and nobody showed up until 11 and 2 different people told me 2 conflicting answers for why they didn't open the office on time. After taki...
Office hours (allegedly) are 10-5. I made a 10:30 appointment and nobody showed up until 11 and 2 different people told me 2 conflicting answers for why they didn't open the office on time. After taking time off in the morning for my scheduled appointment, when someone eventually showed up (after 2 calls) She didn't even bother trying to hurry to accommodate for my time that was wasted.
I asked for the information to contact the owner of the business and they flat out refused to give me any additional information. Not to mention the credit card machine didn't work after I was told I could pay with my debit card.
Completely unprofessional, poorly managed and unreliable. Find another provider!!!!

Mrs. Turner was my instructor and she was amazing along with the class. A lot of people think they know it all when it comes to the road but she will definitely inform you of things you probably didn'...
Mrs. Turner was my instructor and she was amazing along with the class. A lot of people think they know it all when it comes to the road but she will definitely inform you of things you probably didn't even know were things. I enjoyed the class a lot and the instructor teaching it always plays a huge part in that. Five stars!

Great school to come to, for driver educational classes. The teacher is a good instructor and is also very friendly. Makes the course easy and entertaining.
