It was definitely worth the $95 to get the $100 annual insurance discount, but they should probably be allowed to charge more if this is the best facility they can afford.Located in an old house on a largely commercial stretch of Windy Hill Road, this driving school is easy to miss if you're looking for the name. Alfa is not on the large sign out front and "Tax Refund" is printed on the window. I actually drove by at first and ended up being a few minutes late for the class. I've been to other driving schools where 5 o'clock means 5 o'clock, so at 5:01 you're screwed. Despite the warnings, they aren't that strict about locking the door.The entire defensive driving class is on several DVD's and the instructor reads from slides and you watch a few movies. There is a quiz in the middle on sign shapes (same one I took at another class 10 years ago) and at the end there is a multiple choice test you take before getting your signed certificate.Again, it was worth the money, but their office is very worn. Bring a flashlight if you're scheduled to be there in the evening because there aren't any lights facing the parking lot at night and it's super dark. Read Less

I had a appointment time scheduled for an evaluation with Aminta Osejo I was there on time and they were not even open, they were 30 min. late once in I was filling out all the information required, I was not advised that they only accepted cash prior to the appointment so I had to go to the bank I was already frustrated. By the end of the evaluation she told me I would need additional classes said it was mandatory and would recommend classes 6-12. I was unaware that they were mandatory really!!!! Also the information is sent to my probation officer I received the information and felt was untrue Interview assessment stated: I was guarded and resistant (other information) not true but I was very unpleased with the services and felt she was unprofessional everything felt so rushed maybe because of the holidays! I have gone to other Alpha Locations and have not had this problem!Read Less
