I had the pleasure of making the most out of a bad situation with Ms. Kellie and her staff. Everyone was very professional, kind & caring, Ms. Kellie especially. When you go into these court ordered programs I had the perspective that she was as the law enforcement &I cared of nothing but getting every dollar they could.
