Had to take a defensive driving course, and this location was great! Classroom had comfortable chairs; the instructor spoke clearly and explained things well. They give you a good amount of breaks, so you are not stuck inside for six hours. Overall, they made the mandatory course quite bearable, and I would take classes with them again.

Great place to get any of your driving needs taken care of. Great personable instructer that was able to answer any of my questions and kept me engaged the entire time! The entire staff was wonderful and the location couldn’t be better! Great place to go!

I took a one day class to reduce insurance premiums and it was okay, nothing special. The facility is relatively small and conveniently located in a strip shopping center. The classroom I was in had...
I took a one day class to reduce insurance premiums and it was okay, nothing special. The facility is relatively small and conveniently located in a strip shopping center. The classroom I was in had 22 students. There were no windows and it was furnished with old/chipped tables but comfortable, adjustable chairs. There are at least 2 classrooms but just one toilet for everyone. I received my certificate of completion very promptly via email.
Note: 5 star reviews are encouraged by the General Manager but my honest assessment is a 3.

The Instructor I had was John Zimmerman, he made the course easy to understand. He did a good job or working through the material and making it interesting. Overall an great experience

Brilliant instructor at the Roswell location. The instructor was well-versed with the information to be presented. Time flew by and I was reminded of some driving rules I completely forgot about. Who remembers that you are suppose to signal when backing out of a parking spot? I totally forgot. I will definitely have my children take this class at A1 Driving School. Very easy process to pay online, sign in onsite, and good stuff in the vending machines.

I took the class with my boyfriend, thinking it was going to be a terribly long waste of a Saturday afternoon. Little did we know, it was actually interesting. Our teacher kept us all participating and everything we learned was something we could all use in the real world/ relate to. I would not mind taking this class again, for it is very useful and it is always good to keep your mind refreshed on road laws.

I took the class last week for Insurance Reduction. I had John Zimmerman as the Instructor at the Roswell location. His class was very informative and interactive. Highly recommend the place.

I took the class and had John Zimmerman as the instructor as a result of getting a super speeder ticket over near Wills Park. Not knowing what to expect, I was highly impressed with both the level of organization of this office, the follow-up as well as the knowledge and interest the instructor provided.
This place was A-1 for sure and the name definitely fits the description. If I had to take another class again, I would definitely select this location because I just took the class on March 18th.

Whichever class you need to take, A-1 is the place to do it. The staff is friendly, caring and treats participants with respect. If you need a break on your Insurance I highly recommend the Defensive driving or Risk reduction class with Juan.

Had to take a defensive driving course, and this location was great! Classroom had comfortable chairs; the instructor spoke clearly and explained things well. They give you a good amount of breaks, so you are not stuck inside for six hours. Overall, they made the mandatory course quite bearable, and I would take classes with them again.

Brilliant instructor at the Roswell location. The instructor was well-versed with the information to be presented. Time flew by and I was reminded of some driving rules I completely forgot about. I took the class with my boyfriend, thinking it was going to be a terribly long waste of a Saturday afternoon. Little did we know, it was actually interesting. Our teacher kept us all participating and everything we learned was something we could all use in the real world/ relate to.
