Ms. Eunice, the instructor, turned out to be very nice. The class was not awfully boring but it was a struggle after lunch with her reading from the page. I am a subject matter expert on my job and conduct trainings so i know its very important not to read to people you are training but for most part she was good instructor. The thing that makes me rate a 2 was due to unprofessionalism. Online it says class starts promptly at 8a and all attendants must arrive 15mins early. I arrived at 740am to a closed, lights off facility. At 750am Ms. Eunice pulls up, goes in building then locks door. She requested that i give her 5mins to get settled in. Seven mins later she finally opens the door amd allows entry. This was very unprofessional and set the tone for my day. I already did not want to be there but rushed to be on time yet arrived to a business that was not opened. Professionalism would be to open at 7a or as late as 730a if you require attendance at 745a. A customer should never arrive before the person doing business. Read Less
