This driving course was actually very enjoyable. I was dreading having to sit through a 6 hour course filled with information I already knew, but Mr. D'andre Berry kept the energy in his class constant throughout the duration of the course. He enforced class participation, but it was not difficult to stay engaged and pay attention. I ended up learning new things that I never thought were Georgia law, and I feel like this class will be so helpful moving forward as I drive on the road. If you are going to sit through a 6 hour class, at least pick one that you will enjoy. Thank you! Read Less

I just called to get info for my daughter's driving classes... the person who picked up the phone (a female) was very very very rude! She was very demeaning and and responded to my questions with an air of superiority...wondering why??!!???To make matter worst, she hung up on me ... twice when I told her she was being rude...and then had tge nerve to ask me if I was interested in enrolling my daughter or not?!...OF COURSE NOT with this attitude!!!When I called back to ask for a manager, she said SHE was the office manager!!! WOW!!! Unbelievable! If this is the type of people that represent A1 driving school, I definitely DO NOT WANT them near my child!I'm taking my business somewhere else. Period. Read Less

Who on Earth wants to spend their Saturday at a driving defense School. NO ONE! But the class I took last Saturday with Mr.Berry was more entertaining than boring. I walked in as a student that thought I knew everything about driving and the laws. But I came to realize that there are always new laws put in place every year and it is always a great thing to learn something new. The hours went by fairly quick and I even received a 95 dollar Danish. (That was one of the best free breakfast jokes). I highly recommend the Lawrenceville school. Thanks for the laughs. I had a great impression of the entire school system and organization since the first time I walked in. The staff knows exactly how to get the job done and manage time correctly, so the expectations of the purpose of each class are fulfilled successfully. In addition, the staff was very welcoming and well prepared to answer questions properly. I also observed few not very educated individuals that went to register for classes and they were not very polite to the the staff (to gently say it). In addition, the staff was well trained and prepared to do their job correctly even while dealing with not so cooperative individuals. On the other hand, I really appreciate how well the instructors at this school provided their knowledge to the class. I highly recommend this driving school for anyone who needs any type of driving school certified documentation/certificate. I see things from a whole different perspective after going through these classes.The instructor was friendly and gave positive feedback. They took really good care of me. I was reluctant to go to through the defensive driving course out of fear of boredom and it not being a good use of my time. I was wrong, the instructor was very informative, the material was interesting and I left not only scoring an A on my test but with an attitude that everyone should take the class.
