I'm not even going to lie, I was not looking forward to taking a 6 hour defensive driving course on a Saturday. However, very quickly as soon as the class started it became apparent that our teacher mr. Walker had experience in making the day as painless as possible. He was funny, very nice, and honestly I learned a lot. I definitely recommend A-1 Driving School and especially Mr Walker at the Douglasville location.

I actually loved taking this class. It really gave me a good perspective on driving and being safe. I thought it would be boring and long but it actually went by fast and the instructor was really great!

Took this course last weekend. I joked that if I wanted to relive high school detention, spending a Saturday in a Driver Improvement Course seemed like the way to go about it. Turns out that it was significantly better than I would have expected. The instructor, knowing the subject matter could be dry did a fantastic job keeping the class engaged. Hopefully I never have to take another one of these in person, but if I do, I will head back to A-1 Driving School.

This place was great. I was devastated that I had to take a Defensive Driving class, but Sheila made the class interesting and fun. The six hours flew by quickly and I definitely learned some stuff. They also have great service and give a warm welcoming environment.

Great instruction. Great discussion. I advise all teens to prepare for GA roads. Learned about statistics and how to react in an emergency.

I had dreaded going to this class, knowing it would be 6 hours long. However, once I arrived the instructor broke the ice with everyone and made the experience very pleasant. George help us all to learn how we can be safer on the roads and even taught us some valuable rules we did not know. The overall experience was great and if anyone is looking for a driving course I'd suggest A-1 off Fairburn Road.

Really good class here in the douglasville location. The instructor really knew how to connect and share the information in an understandable manner while allowing each of us input situations amd scenarios that would need clarification on. Sheila is Awesome!

The program was extremely beneficial. The instructor kept us engaged in the lessons which made the final exam a breeze. I would recommend A-1 Driving School to anyone !

Had Roger as the instructor. I was dreading the experience before I even got there but if it weren't for him the class would be boring. All in all, I'd recommend them to anyone I know

I took the Defensive Driving course just because, and I am glad I took the time out of my day to learn more about "Rules of the Road". Mr. George Walker was an amazing instructor and kept us engaged and excited about the different lessons we were learning. After taking the course I now know more about road laws and driving that I didn't know before. I will be a safer driver from now on thanks to the professionalism and enthusiasm from A-1 driving school.

I'm not even going to lie, I was not looking forward to taking a 6 hour defensive driving course on a Saturday. However, very quickly as soon as the class started it became apparent that our teacher mr. Walker had experience in making the day as painless as possible. He was funny, very nice, and honestly I learned a lot. I definitely recommend A-1 Driving School and especially Mr Walker at the Douglasville location.

Took this course last weekend. I joked that if I wanted to relive high school detention, spending a Saturday in a Driver Improvement Course seemed like the way to go about it. I took the Defensive Driving course just because, and I am glad I took the time out of my day to learn more about "Rules of the Road". Mr. George Walker was an amazing instructor and kept us engaged and excited about the different lessons we were learning. After taking the course I now know more about road laws and driving that I didn't know before. I will be a safer driver from now on thanks to the professionalism and enthusiasm from A-1 driving school.
