It was an absolute pleasure taking this class, taking this class gave me better knowledge and security when driving! The professor was very professional and made learning more about how to be a better and defensive driver interesting ! I 10/10 would recommend to any one looking for a good defense driving class or for dui or etc this is the place for you!

I scheduled to take a class at the beginning of March and had to cancel the class shortly after due to personal reasons. I have been trying to get a refund ever since, today marks 14 days. Whenever I ...
I scheduled to take a class at the beginning of March and had to cancel the class shortly after due to personal reasons. I have been trying to get a refund ever since, today marks 14 days. Whenever I call the switchboard operator is rude. She doesn't even let you know that she transferring you. She actually told me, " Do you have a pen and paper, because I can't keep transferring you." That is so unprofessional. I communicated twice by email and then never heard back. I had to call to find out what was going on. Even if the refund hasn't been processed I don't understand why you can't update a client on what is going on or where the request is for processing. I don't think most businesses understand that communication is key. If you want me to stop calling, either process the refund or update me on the process. It shouldn't take 14 days plus to get this done.

This course was easy, convenient, and very interesting. I learned so much from Ms. Walker Louis, she gave many interesting and helpful tips and tricks dealing with the road. How to properly control your vehicle if it were to go out of control. As well as the other significance to the lines on the road. I would recommend this course to friends and family.

My experience was absolutely awesome all the staff and instructors were very professional and they new there stuff which was up to date and the training provided more then adequate information. The instructor Ms. Barbara Walker Lewis was extremely knowledgeable real compassionate and direct she displayed true concern for all the students and adequately provided many tips and real world examples. Through the instructors teaching style made the course a lot easier to learn so every one passed the course A1 Driving School rules.

Rueben E. Jones III is one the most relative teachers/instructors that I have ever had. He made you feel and pay attention instead of saying I'm don't care about this class; I'm not going to interact, pay attention, or share my experiences. He makes you feel and understand the seriousness of your consequences and this is not a cheap penalty. I'm -$10,500 for living a high-risk lifestyle. Think about that. The name isn't A-1 DRIVING SCHOOL for no reason. They really care.

It was an absolute pleasure taking this class, taking this class gave me better knowledge and security when driving! The professor was very professional and made learning more about how to be a better and defensive driver interesting ! I scheduled to take a class at the beginning of March and had to cancel the class shortly after due to personal reasons. I have been trying to get a refund ever since, today marks 14 days. This course was easy, convenient, and very interesting. I learned so much from Ms. Walker Louis, she gave many interesting and helpful tips and tricks dealing with the road.
