Extremely rude customer service. The recipient on the phone did not answer my questions directly and often sidetracked, talking about information unrelated to the topic. He also falsely assumed my race and said that he cannot understand my English because he assumed thatI was not from America . No star would be most appropriate for this business...and i use the word business loosely. I write this review with so much anger that i can hardly gather my thoughts. Mr. Gus is the owner and only instructor here so, if he is not available the consumer has no other option - despite the fact the he has taken and up front payment. Well can you refunds me my money Mr. Gus ...and he hangs the phone up. I selected this company for my 16 year old daughter because of it's proximity to my home and we'll she needed the necessary hours of instructional driving to get her licences.  All was well until lesson number 2. He did not show up and when we called Mr Gus had a good old case of amnesia and a turn rotator to boot. Really Mr. Gus?????really. When we questioned the validity of this story he hangs the phone up on us. My intent is not to slander this business but to inform the consumer. I sincerely hopes this review saves somebody some money .  My best advice find another service. Read Less
