I took the basic rider course to learn how to ride a motorcycle, get a license waiver and decide if this is for me. This course was perfect for that. Plus they offer many other courses. Advanced courses, dirt bike courses, and more.
Now, for those of you thinking about doing this... do it. If you were thinking about riding a motorcycle and someone told you that you don’t need a class, they’re wrong. Take the class. There’s a lot of eye-opening material in the class that just teaching yourself, or just messing around won’t provide.
Now be prepared to take it seriously. they move a bit quickly and you are expected to keep up and learn the material and get some proficiency in the skills. They are friendly, and they encourage questions, but they have a schedule to keep and 11 other students besides you. So you need to dedicate your mind to the class for the 2 days that it takes.
I went through alone and I loved it, made some new friends. but I recommend doing it with a friend too, if you want to. Either way. The place is easy to find, google maps may give you a slightly wrong path to get there, though. So be early, rested, and ready.
You will love it.
