The school is complete, covering a lot of ground.. this is not some mickey mouse course the info is real and solid.. you want to be focused as you take the chapters ..you can take a break and save where you are ( handy) however the final is covering everything ( I think ) seemed like it.. there is a lot of extra fees but they are voluntary .. like a text reader ( so you don't have to ) a rush certificate fee...etc.. Initially had a bad experience. They did everything they could to make it right. I appreciate the attention and fast response. I have reconsidered my previous review and feel that they are really trying to do a good job. A great way to take care of messy tickets without having to spend time in a classroom. Hidden fees!!! It is not 5.99 as they advertise. It' $25 plus an additional amount to have it sent to you in any way (email, mail, ETC) If you fail the test, It'll be an additional $25 to retake it. Go with any other company than this. Wish I knew before providing my card info. Oh and I did try calling that customer service number. No one ever answered!!! This was for my grandson who is turning 15. Yes, he was able to access and take the required drug and alcohol course and the Florida DMV written test. He passed both and was very happy. It was nice to have the audio/read along option for the 4 hour course. That was not available when his older brother took the course a couple years ago. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it is not clear that there is no certificate for the Florida DMV test. He did receive the info via email and text. Read Less

To many hidden fees and they used to let you take the test at the end of the 4hr course unlimited amount of times. Now it's 20 bucks per retake in addition to what u paid for the class, and the hidden fees they added. Hell they used to let you print your cert at the end for free now just to get it emailed to you it's 15 BUCKS!!!! For a freaking email. So not worth it. Read Less

Notice how all the 1 star reviews are the same? And how the response is the same. This website is pretty scummy. They advertise one price but then practically force you to shell out more cash if you want to continue. I would most definitely recommend searching for a different website to use. Complete con artists. You pay your 19.99 and they immediately charge you another 14.99 in fees just to get you started. You then have to pay another 20 just to take the test, then pay that again every time you fail it. I think they've been watching Billy Mays reruns, because after you finish everything, and are 75$ in the hole, they say WAIT! THERES MORE! To actually get the certificate, it takes approximately two weeks to have it shipped via USPS. But, you can have it emailed for fifteen dollars! FIFTEEN DOLLARS TO HAVE THE STUPID THING EMAILED AS OPPOSED TO IT BEING SHIPPED HALFWAY ACROSS THE STUPID COUNTRY! Everyone involved in this underhanded crookery, in my opinion, needs to go on vacation to North Korea for a few weeks. I'm sure they'd fit right in! Read Less
