Let me start off by saying that these lessons are worth every single penny. The knowledge, skills, and confidence you’ll acquire are insurmountable. As an adult with absolutely no experience behind the wheel other that in a parking lot, I entered my lessons with apprehension. Long story short, I didn’t think I could drive. However I figured it was time to get my license and decided to look for a reputable driving school to teach me. That’s where All Florida safety came in. Alaen was my instructor. He’s down to earth, honest and amazing instructor. He helped me pave the way to sense of comfort behind the wheel. He was extremely encouraging. After just one lesson I already gained confidence and know a lot of helpful tips to make everything a little easy for me. He believed in me since the first day and I’m thankful that he pushes me to keep on practicing in a way that he wants me to be ready on the final day which is the road test! Took the 8 hour lesson with this driving school, Alaen was my instructor. This driving school is a very good place to learn, the instructors take time to make their students feel as comfortable as possible, and it makes the experience so much better. Every lesson so much progress is made, the instructors take time to explain everything simply and quickly, so time nor money is wasted. Such an amazing experience with John he was patient and taught me everything I need to know about being a save driver. I had a blast learning how to drive. I wasn't a great driver before my four lessons but passing my drivers test was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and my instructor Chara was just as amazing and calm during my test, I would recommend this business to anyone young or old. My instructor, Stacy, was very patient and super helpful. She made sure I was ready not only for my test, but for real driving. She took the time to improve my weaknesses and listened to my concerns. The office was very helpful with scheduling, and returned calls quickly. It was a pro being able to take the road test at their facility as well. We live on the West side of Jacksonville. Alicia was great! She bravely took my son driving all of the places I was too scared to. The highway, downtown and all over town. He was picked up from school and taken on 90 minute driving lessons then dropped off at home. His confidence increased over the 6 lessons (we did the 9 + 1 package). He passed the test on his last day of lessons. This is a great program for parents teaching their teens to drive. Instructor was on time and never missed a lesson. Read Less

Horrible customer service. The instructor was over an hour late for every appointment and didn't show up for 2 of them and didn't let me know until I texted him about the absence. I called to speak with a manager on 3 occasions and never received a response. When my daughter went to take the driving test with them it was a complete fiasco.
