I believe that Road Master should have more professional trainers, as some were a little rough around the edges. I feel like some trainers were excellent, while others not so much. I feel that ALL TRAINERS SHOULD BE ON THE SAME PAGE, AND SHOULD TEACH THE SAME THINGS! Students shouldn't be touched, cursed, disrespected, feel pressured, anxiety, and, or be rushed through any backing maneuvers. Also more time should be spent with the students in smaller groups to help focus on areas that they struggle with opposed to those that pick things up quicker, as everyone's learning curve is not the same. Student's that excell faster should be giving first test priority, and those that fail shouldn't have to wait an entire week later to be tested again. This issue can be a major inconvenience as it was for me. I feel like organization can be greatly improved dramatically to make transitioning from the classroom to the pad a lot smoother, and much more efficient. More trucks, and all space on the pad should be utilized to allow more students to practice. The entire pad itself should be newly paved with no dirt areas. Finally the tester for the road test should also be more professional, and not show any form of dislike, or favoritism toward any student no matter how good or bad there driving is. Overall I had a good experience, and was taught just about everything that was needed as far as basic fundamentals for me to get the job done, and embark on my new journey to become a professional CDL driver, and have a safe, long and successful career.
