I received a ticket for speeding. I wanted to eliminate the points on my license so researched a place to take my course. When I read the reviews on West Central Florida Driver Improvement Inc. - I was really disappointed. They all were terrible. So as my window of opportunity became smaller - I went down to speak with them and only had to pay $28.00 for the course. So I signed up. It was a 4 hour course and I thought it was fantastic. Nobody wants to sit in a 4 hour course to correct your own behavior on poor driving - but I really learned a lot. Brian Faison was our instructor. He was extremely intelligent, knowledgeable and had a cute sense of humor. He had a way of really getting the class to participate. And WE ALL participated. He was really good at that. I learned things that I had never known before. These courses do help periodically and you do remember little things to apply in your driving. I highly recommend this course and West Central Florida Driver Improvement facility. They did a good job - the small amount of money was well worth it and the course took off the 3 points on my license which would have reflected in the raising of my car insurance. Don't listen to the negativity that others write. This facility is well worth FIXING what you got yourself into in the first place. I give it a 5 star rating :) -Susie in Ocala, FL

This place is a straight scam. 9 times out of 10 your "evaluator", who more than likely has no more than a high school educati...

This place is a straight scam. 9 times out of 10 your "evaluator", who more than likely has no more than a high school education, will send you to further treatment, even if you don't need it. They'll read you questions off of a computer and decide from there how much of a flight risk you are. Very scientific stuff. This place is a huge ripoff, just another way to leech the citizens of their hard earned money. The materials used in their bogus classes are way outdated, and the classes themselves are just a huge joke. Overall, this place deserves no stars and needs to be shut down. It exists as a black hole in Marion County and doesn't do anyone a bit of good. Some places just shouldn't exist, and this is one of those places.

I had just visited this location today (09/09/2016) for my D.U.I. Level II evaluation to determine whether I need drug/alcohol counseling afterwards. The Evaluator Brian was very rude and did not want...
I had just visited this location today (09/09/2016) for my D.U.I. Level II evaluation to determine whether I need drug/alcohol counseling afterwards. The Evaluator Brian was very rude and did not want to here what a had to say regarding the matter, his questions were very indirect. I had advised Brian I had been clean for almost 2 years, since (10/24/2014), then placed on probation on (04/06/2015). After the evaluation had been completed, Brian stated the reason I need aftercare/counseling is because I used Marijuana on Probation, I advised Brian my clean date is (10/24/2014). Then Brian stated that I told him the last time I used Marijuana had been (10/24/2015), which is incorrect and refused to correct HIS error. I will submit a formal written letter to the Director Barbara Reincke at address 225 NE 14 ST Ocala, FL 34475. Overall everything went well, April at the front desk is sweetheart and acknowledged Brian's behaviors and stated "I know I'm sorry".

The Tavares office consists of the biggest scam artists in the area. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. They are all very unprofessional and they will find any way to make your life miserable. Their prices are way too high and they are non negotiable so they take you for all your money and in a sense rub it in your face. The staff sucks and are very unhelpful especially that moron Brian !!!! (The evaluator) Can't stand him he's rude, very one sided when talking to him as if he doesn't wanna hear what you have to say, and tries to intimidate the people he evaluates. Overall this place is terrible and they will not have a problem trying to suspend your licence multiple times so you come back in to waste your time and overpay them. THIS PLACE SUCKS STAY AWAY !!!!!

I received a ticket for speeding. I wanted to eliminate the points on my license so researched a place to take my course. When I read the reviews on West Central Florida Driver Improvement Inc. - I was really disappointed. They all were terrible.
