My experience was amazing from beginning to end! All the staff was very professional and agreable from the receptionnist to the instructors, always very anxious to answer to each of the customers needs. The program is of high quality. Unlike the other schools I had visited their trucks are very modern. They had several makes and models so I was able to get familiar with several types of trucks which was really awesome. I found out about this place online after seeing they're place at the DMV, sent a message using the contact thing they had on they're website. Nearly a week and a-half and nothing yet. A went to the place itself and ran into the most listless person I've ever met, I had to start talking or we would have stayed in a staring contest that I was sure to lose. I found out I was in the testing place and needed to go to the main building a block away to learn more about the school. I went there, went up to the counter and asked if I could be told how they schedule they're classes, I work three times a week and I wanted to see if I could work around that. Was told to wait and sign a paper, to speak to an agent. Even through I just wanted basic info, I thought alright and sat down to fill it out. I got sick of it when it asked me for my SSN and phone numbers of referrals. I wasn't even sure if I wanted to go with them or even COULD, I just walked out. If the listless guy at the driving building itself or how asking for basic info such as how classes are schedule ends up with you giving out all your private info; I'm going to go with another company and I think you all should to. Throughout the process of getting on board they follow up with you.(for their commission sake)I have requested my money back and still to hear back after multiple attempts. They told me the refund process takes a month and it's aiming towards 2 now and I was suppose to receive it in the mail last Saturday. I sent an email out and I get no response I'm here just going by what they say I'm blind here in this process because there is no confirmation on anything they tell me when I ask for it.Not to mention a couple "I'll call you backs" and no call back. I am outraged and do not recommend it. It should work both ways and should be helpful with both recruiting and refunds not only recruiting. Read Less

Only gave them 1 star because Google wouldn't let me post if I didn't. I called to obtain information about Class B testing and the lady that answered the phone must really hate her job or her life because she was the RUDEST! person I have ever spoken to, she was getting upset with me because SHE had no answers to any of my questions. She even hung up on me! I will never call this place again, they lost a potentially good customer all because they hired bad help. DON'T waste your time with them! Read Less

Great instructors, very knowledgeable about the industry and worked with you answering any question asked. JP the class manager was extremely helpful. Some of the equipment is a little worn down but the testing trucks are in great shape. You will get out of it what you put in, I recommend attending if you're a vet looking for your next career move.
