When your going to take a test (that your already nervous about) you should be greeted with respect, compassion and friendliness. When I arrived at 2:45 (my appointment was at 3pm) the guy working in the front rudely jumped up and said "your supposed to be here 30 minutes before testing" with an attitude. I explained my GPS took me across the street, I was looking for the suite over there before I realized it was the wrong building, and then when I got across the street the building doesn't have any directions as to where the rooms are so you have to walk across thr whole Building. That's why I was 15 minutes late. He smirked at me and turned his back. The way they treat you here is appalling like theyre not even human. Never recommending this center in my life. Management needs to do something about these employees. People that are not good with people should not be working with people. Period. I give Zero stars not even 1. Read Less
