I agree with the previous reviews. I purchased via Groupon and LivingSocial to take the 4 hour course online. The website is terrible. You can only see that you completed the chapters of the course but not get a print out or select how you want your certificate to be sent. Forget calling them, after 3 attempts and staying online for more than 5 minutes, the person who answer did not help at all. I asked about the email and was told that it would take about a day and to call them back if I didn't receive it. When I wanted to clarify, I got hung up on. How rude! I sent a complaint to BBB.

12/2016 Purchased via Groupon. Scam. Disputing charge. Have called three phone numbers, 2 given by Groupon, 1 on their web page... NO answer.

Very poor website design. Doesn't answer phone at times. And when they do, answers are curt and unhelpful as if they are doing you a favor. Folks, there are lots of other schools.

I agree with the previous reviews. I purchased via Groupon and LivingSocial to take the 4 hour course online. The website is terrible. You can only see that you completed the chapters of the course but not get a print out or select how you want your certificate to be sent. Forget calling them, after 3 attempts and staying online for more than 5 minutes, the person who answer did not help at all.
