I wouldn't trust these people to teach safe driving. While driving behind a tan Nissan Versa with the Jax Defensive Drive School logo on it, I was shocked to see it blow right through the Kernan Middl...
I wouldn't trust these people to teach safe driving. While driving behind a tan Nissan Versa with the Jax Defensive Drive School logo on it, I was shocked to see it blow right through the Kernan Middle School zone going at least 40 miles an hour. She must have been too busy talking on her phone to notice the flashing yellow lights overhead, or all the other traffic slowing to 15 miles an hour. I called to make the suggestion they drive more carefully, and was hung up on for my effort. Not picking up the phone when I called back was far from a professional touch. Also, I would suggest any company that has employee's post reviews to improve their rating should instead look to improve their customer service instead. Get your drivers (or at least those that drive cars with your logo on it) to drive without breaking the law, and your office staff seriously needs retraining. Courtesy can go a long way!

I just saw student driver and instructor driving on 9B for a miles in left lane under speed limit. I am not sure where their instructors went to traffic school but left lane is for passing ONLY! You need to get them back in school before they teach others how to drive and traffic rules.

Ha! I would think twice before I used this school for my child! I just saw the driver with earbuds in her ears, swerving and TEXTING!!!!!!I honked my horn and she put her phone down. Really??? Then when I called the office number to report her the woman (who was clearly older than the woman driving the car) hung up on me. I tried calling back twice and it went to voice mail. Very strange.

I had such an awesome experience with this school. The instructor was very patient and thoroughly explain everything to me during our practices. She took her time and ensure I executed everything correctly. Thanks to her I got my license today, ‘yay me’. I would definitely recommend others who are looking for an awesome instructor to sign up with this school, it was the best decision I have made.😊

They never answer there phone. Also the lady hung up on me when I'm trying to get help with getting logged in very rude lady, would be nice if they found someone much nicer to answer the phones and the knowledge to help some in the business that she works in.
Also very hard to get a refund. Been trying forma while. Don't believe it's a scam but they are defiantly unprofessional.
I would look other places before I gave them my money.

I PASSED my driving exam today on my first try, Woohoo! My instructor Raul, was absolutely amazing, I cant believe how he handles a person like me who is a brand new driver, you will learned a lot and helped you overcome your fears. He picked you like 20-30 minutes before the time so you can have more time to practice, which I really appreciate a lot too. You can make your driving test a lot easier with this company, I highly recommend Jax defensive Driving school! thanks again Raul!

This school rocks! My instructor, Raul, was fabulous! He was very patient and dedicated instructor. This school gives you lessons on the road and it fully prepared me for my license exam which I passed on the first try. The fact that they come to your home to pick up your student for the lessons is an added bonus! I highly recommend this driving school! Thanks again Raul and Jax Defensive Driving School!

I just came back from the driving exam and I PASSED!!! my instructor Raul, he is absolutely the best instructor you will ever find!!! so generous 100% patient smart friendly and amazingly kind. One thing I am absolutely certain about is you won't find better than him and that school I wish I can put more words but all i can say is they are absolutely the bestI was convinced to register with them at the beginning because of the lady that sounded so nice on the phone and then I took my first class with Raul and I knew I will do just perfect, I won't only pass the exam but I will also have the needed skills and confidence in driving, he built this confidence in me and he gave me everything i needed to know about, he was so patient all the time, he is awesome!!

I am 21 years old, before this course I had very MINIMAL experience driving a car, I went with the 8 hour course to go through all of the basics of driving and what will be covered on the driving test...
I am 21 years old, before this course I had very MINIMAL experience driving a car, I went with the 8 hour course to go through all of the basics of driving and what will be covered on the driving test. When taking the test I was completely prepared because we had practiced all of the same things during the course and I am so greatful. If you are looking for a driving school to be more prepared and to get your license this will be the best choice!

I'm in my late 20s and never really been pushed to drive. I looked at reviews for a good driving school and found this school. After taking the lessons and passing the test on my first try, I will say the reviews don't lie! My instructor Raul, was absolutely amazing!! He had SO much patience with me then any other person I've tried driving with and gave me the encouragement I needed to get over my fears! Thank you!!

I had not driven in such a long time and needed to get my operator's license. Its nothing like having a driving instructor that is patient and encourages you constantly through your errors and mistakes, while taking a refresher course in driving. I am so happy that I found this company. After only a few hours of instructions, I was able to pass the road test and get my driver's license today. I would recommend this company to any one that needs hands on learning. It was a great experience!!!

I just came back from the driving exam and I PASSED!!! my instructor Raul, he is absolutely the best instructor you will ever find!!! so generous 100% patient smart friendly and amazingly kind. Its nothing like having a driving instructor that is patient and encourages you constantly through your errors and mistakes, while taking a refresher course in driving.
