NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY - Forget that the instructor was 15 minute late .. when i asked him to use the bathroom he told me that i was told to wait outside and that if i did not like that i could leave the class. When i told him i would be glad to wait once i used the bathroom he told me was kicking me out of the class - and told me to leave the class. The State of Florida needs to shut this place down!! I had no experience riding, this was my first time ever driving a motorcycle. I learned in two days how to ride & passed my test the first try! The instructor was awesome, he taught us the proper & safe way how to ride. I highly recommend taking this class if you're looking to get your bike endorsement. Read Less

A friend and I took the course this past weekend... I am 45 and have been riding motorcycles since I was 10... I learned some things. The instructors were awesome and very informative..they weren't hard asses. They were full of good information.. and I did some things on a motorcycle I haven't had to do before... they genuinely want you to be safe... And I will be... their philosophy is pretty cool... This is my second review- ever. I do not typically write reviews but this was necessary due to the bad reviews I have seen. Took my classes this past weekend (the 8th and 9th) to get my endorsement. This place gets way too many bad reviews. I understand that these reviews are based on individual experiences, but I also know that some people are just never happy. With that said, my experience with this place, with the trainers was absolutely great. Both of our trainers were seasoned riders who were extremely knowledgeable, very personable, great communicators and had an abundance of patience.We had a class of eleven people, over half of whom had never ridden a motorcycle before. The trainers took the time to explain (repeatedly when necessary) exactly what the objective of the particular skills test was, and explained in detail exactly how to do it (again, repeatedly when necessary). They never showed any frustration, they were always professional, and they always made sure everyone understood before moving on. I would recommend this business to anyone- whether you're experienced and just need your card for endorsement, or whether you're brand new to riding and want to learn how. I'd like to say I passed the class and so did everyone in my class. There were 3 instructors. One was very nice, firm, but encouraging. He treated you like you were a costumer, he wanted to be sure you learned and understood what he was teaching you. I want to give him a big thank you. He knows who he is. The second instructor was nice, he made you feel human, got on to you when you did wrong, which I appreciate, so, to him, I would like to say thank you. The THIRD instructor, well, I have taken many classes in my life and this was the worse learning experience I have ever had. It is one thing to be harsh when you are teaching something as important as how to be safe on a motorcycle. Being just plain RUDE, NASTY, and saying very NEGATIVE things about the class, other instructors, other places that do the same training, as well as Harley riders, all while tooting his own horn, is not professional. I don't think many people pay $$$ to deliberately not follow instructions, most are there to learn. I'm not just giving my opinion, I can tell you most of the people in my class felt the same about him by the remarks that were made. I would NEVER recommend this Riders Choice Training to anyone. Worst place to try to learn how to ride a motorcycle. My wife was wanting to get her endorsement, so she can ride with myself and friends and Rick the owner attacked and degraded her for a day and a half, to the point where she told him to go "F" himself and he can stick his motorcycles class up his ass! Now he has her scared of her motorcycle and she doesn't want to get her endorsement any longer. I went to speak with him and got nowhere while he over spoke me the entire time. They should have just done what my wife paid for and taught her how to ride a motorcycle, but instead they concerned themselves with what she was looking to ride, telling her over and over that she wouldn't be able to handle it and because she wouldn't do what he wanted because she wasn't ready, he told her that she has no business riding a motorcycle! What kind of learning class is that?!? This is a big guy and he felt it was cool to talk down on a 5'5" girl... instead of teaching her how to ride correctly and safely.There are allot of bad reviews on Rick's attitude and if I can stop anyone from making the mistake my wife did... I would not suggest trying to save a few bucks and go take a course where they actually teach a person how to ride. His teaching methods are abusive and reckless! Read Less
