Excellent instruction, serious instructors. As a first time rider I was looking for a course that would give me all the information to be safe and feel confident on a bike. Ron and Sherrie our instructors were direct, clear and accessible. They encouraged self reflection and would always give simple cues to understand the dynamics of riding safely. Wants a paper application in the mail with a check, and offered no alternatives over the phone, which didn't make me very comfortable with the process. No online sign ups or easy pay options. Would have to wait a month to take the 3 wheel course. Basic Rider Course was a good experience. I learned a lot, practiced a fair amount, and everything was generally very easy to follow along with. Seems that some people had a less than perfect experience. I admit that it was a slight inconvenience to not be able to pay online with my credit card but I was able to use it when I picked up my books at the owners house. I signed up late so I had to pick up my books no biggy. The owner was really cool, he showed me and my wife around his garage and showed us his motorcycles and charity floats that they pull in parades. The instructors Joe and Sherry were professional and informative taking time to individually instruct each student on their own personal mistakes. I read the negative reviews before going to get my books but decided to go anyway and I am glad that I did. I will be returning for more training on my own bike next. Thumbs up! Jesse James, Esq. One star is too much. How about some phone etiquette skills before trying to run a business where all you do is talk to people? That when you do get a hold of someone on the phone. All I needed was some information and I felt as if I was bothering the guy with my questions. Don't bother with these guys. Read Less
