I would love to start off my experience with the women in the office. She very nice and so helpful to me. She made sure i undertstand everything and help me with my scheduling. Now on to road. My instructor was absolute amazing. Thanks to her i have my license and she went though step step with me. She teach me everything to pass test. I so thankful for Janae. I need drug class to get license and my experience was so good. Actually Mr.B was very friendly and educational. The whole class was involved and made me feel welcome. The road instructor was absolutely terrible. Did not answer my questions properly or give instructions well. When it came to parallel parking, backing etc, told me to rely on my judgment rather than provide me with specific steps. Now being a novice driver I rely on knowing specific steps when it comes to parking and she outright refused to help. As for the 8 hour class.....meh....the teacher seemed more intent on reliving his drug alcohol days than actually teaching the class. True some of the stories he told was good but most was irrelevant. He also has a habit of being very loud and picking on the more shy classmates. I had such a great experience with Chase 2 Driving School. Cori was such a great instructor and was very professional when it came down to handling the paperwork, and the scheduling. I've had several instructors take me out and they were all fabulous. Everyone that has taken me out was not only knowledgeable but also patient and offered great tips and tricks for driving. They worked me to get my license and made sure that I was prepare for my road test. If you are looking for a driving school I would highly suggest this one and they have great packages which I was able to take advantage of. I was referred by a good friend of mine who came to Chase 2, and I received my license with their assistance so you are definitely in good hands. Read Less

Had a horrible experience at this driving school  Signed my daughter up for the 8 hour safe driving class and I attended the parent class which was taught by the owner of Chase.  During the two hours I was there, he did not stay on topic, told stories about his life (really do not need to know that he has a flip cell phone that he does not use at home OR that he sits at a bar every night and has 2 drinks and then waits for 3 hours before he drives).  I found him to be ill-informed, arrogant and not fit to work with young adults. When the father of another student walked into the room (he was about 6'4 and African American) the owner said "this isn't the basketball court".  That was only one of the racist statements I heard from him during the two hours. If you really want your child to learn, do NOT go to Chase 2 Driving School. Read Less

Don't go here. I needed a car for the road test and state law requires that when you borrow a car from a driving school a 2 hour lesson has to be taken. The lesson was so horrible that I no longer want a license.On the day of the lesson, the instructor was confused as to how he was supposed to meet up with me. He thought I was going to travel down there when I specifically asked to be picked up so he showed up late. When it came time to drive, the instructor was rude and condescending the entire time. I haven't driven much because the only way I practice was on other people's schedules. My job won't give me hours so I can't afford lessons. The more I messed up, the angrier he became with me. If you don't like working with new/inexperienced drivers, then you shouldn't be working in the area.He suggested that I practice and book another appointment but he made me feel so horrible that I no longer want to ever drive again. I let the school know how it went and the only thing they could do for me was give me a discount of $50 from the original price of $150 which is unacceptable. They have a no refunds period policy.  I paid them to basically get talked out of getting a license. I'm cancelling everything and getting my money back through my bank. Read Less
