I called and fixed an appointment for a Saturday morning 10 am for driving lessons with Claudio. On Friday evening, I called to check that he'd come. On Saturday, at 9.55 am, he called to tell that he's starting and would be at my place. At 10.15 he was there and we got started. We talked about driving rules and other things. I give it 2 stars because the prices are ok. If it weren't for the prices this place would get NO stars. First of all the man and woman who run the place I believe they are husband and wife are extremely rude and unproffesional. The wife is just unprofessional, the husband is BOTH.When I made an appt for a driving lesson the woman messed up my appt time and said it mustve been my fault and mustve wrote it down wrong because she "never makes mistakes". I let it slide, I didn't wanna argue. Then, when I showed up for my driving lesson the guy was like 20 minutes late. Apparantly the telephone number is connected to their PARENTS house and when I called their mother picked up and didn't know what the hell she was talking about. She sounded senile and was just making no sense. She called her son to see why he wasn't there for my appt yet and he said my appt was for a diff time. So again my appt time was messed up. He came anyway and was about 20 min late. He had a thick italian accent and says to me "you don't wait long right? Just 5 minutes ya?". I was like um no not 5 minutes I've been waiting 20 minutes! He said o well its not that long if I'm late just wait for me I'm usually busy with other students. I'm not going to continue typing the ridiculous conversation I had with this man. Point is he was unproffessional, and didn't even offer a discount for the inconvienance.Then when I used their car to go up to the dmv for my license test, that really took the cake. He wanted cash I said I don't have cash I can give u a check. He kept arguing that he didn't want a check because it might bounce. So I said ok if u want cash u have to wait until we get back from my test because I don't have it now and if I wait for my mother to go to the bank we'll be late for my exam. So he made me park to car to wait for him to call his wife! He then proceeded to put his wife on the phone while she was ranting about how I should have had cash to give him at the beginning. First off, no one said they didn't accept checks, and me paying at the end of the lesson was never a problem before. Anyways I called my mother to tell him he would not accept checks and wanted cash right away. (Meanwhile I'm becoming late for my appt). He then would not continue to let me talk to my mother because he said we where wasting time even tough he was the one who wanted me to call her in the first place. He said "hurry up let's go! Let's go take the god damn test! Let's do it!!". I kid u not.Then while we were driving he just went on and on about how I should see things from his point of view and understand why he doesn't want a check. And I said I do, but if he wants cash he would have to wait until the end because all I had was a check. He just went on and on and I told him I didn't want to talk about it anymore. He was being unproffessional and distracting me, also making me flustered right before my test. He said "what?? What do you mean you don't wan to talk about this anymore?? Listen! We can turn back around right now screw the test!!! When you get back home you will give me cash that's that!!!"Luckilly dispite the frantic morning I'm proud to say I passed my test :)But never go to this driving school....ever!!!
