Horrible service. First experience: Rented a car for DMV road test. First car with no heating, second car totally different from usual one took for driving lessons. My brain was frozen until after the test finished. Second experience: signed up for driving lesson, always told to be picked up at the school. I went and instructor was at the house! Wasted 15 minutes. Third experience: scheduled 2-hr lesson, instructor never arrived. Called office twice but nobody picked up. Asked for refund and all they had to say was "no refund" policy. Well, if you do bad business you must be responsible for it. Now I got transfer to contact the school owner who's on vacation until who knows when. Lesson learned: Never work with these people. They are good at what they do.I paid 450 for six hours of driving practice and as rent for the car to do the DMV road test.my instructor was Bernie who was an excellent instructor I am very grateful to him for all the effort he put in. I got my license today. Read Less
