The school is very professional. From my first phone conversation, to in person interactions with staff, the driving instructor (Brittany) everyone was so nice, polite and friendly. It helped so much, these kids come in scared, it's a big deal to them, but even bigger to us moms. On the day of the driving test we were asked to come in a bit earlier prior to the test, turned out one of the employees was giving my daughter a calm or "chill out moment". He said don't worry you got this, just follow the rules, watch your speed, he comforted her, cheered her and gave a a high five before she walked away. She passed!!!! But, even if she failed I still would recommend this school to everyone. Read Less

Honestly, the teaching part of this program is decent. However, as a "graduate", I know some parts that the parents may not have been exposed to. For example, after being reassured in each of my driving lessons (4) that the car I was practicing with would be the one used on my test, which I was taking with them. I got a different car completely; not even from the same make. The way they instructed us to park was extremely weird; we were to use the black strip on the furthest back window on a 4 door car to align in the middle of a space as one step. If you didn't have a 4 door or black strip on your back window, you were screwed. An alternate method was briefly glazed over, but they said that "It wasn't important, just do the black strip way, that's much easier." To pull in park they just said to "feel it". As a result, I had no idea how to pull in, but I eventually figured out how to pull in on the left by myself. On the right was a different story. I've since been trying to teach myself how to park. Somehow I got lucky passing my license road test, just trying to wing my back in (and succeeding after three adjustments) and pulling in on the left. They teach driving well, making sure you know all the signs and such, but in my opinion, they need to work on how they teach parking. Read Less

My son wanted to give a "shout out" to classroom instructor Nicole. He said she made the classes "interesting for my age and was knowledgeable". This is the most unprofessional driving school! Avoid wasting your money, as my sister has yet to learn anything here. Not only has my sisters two hour driving time been wasted by the instructor spending 20+ minutes doing paperwork in the office while making her sit in the car each time, her classroom instructor is completely rude and unprofessional. She made comments about the Orlando shooting victims not being innocent victims, she forgot the drivers Ed video twice, she was...ted classroom time playing hangman which was completely unrelated to drivers Ed, and told a student to shut up and mind their own buisness. My sister stood up for this kid and told the instructor telling a student to shut up was rude, and she replied "well then I apologize" and proceeded to mouth "shut up b***h" at my sister! I am appalled and this kind of behavior and actions are completely unprofessional and should never happen-especially to paying customers. So disappointed in the quality of service my sister has, and continues to receive here. आणखी पहा Read Less

Driving LessonStep 1:  Turn steering wheel away from All-Star DrivingStep 2:  Hit the gasStep 3:  Don't look backThis place is HORRIBLY run.  Picture a Sunday morning at 9AM.  30 or so parents and students are standing outside ASD on a cold morning for a class.  Yes, I said Sunday morning at 9AM.  Guess what?  No teacher.  Nobody.  Not a light on in the place.Call the phone number for the business.  No one to be found.  Send a return e-mail to the reminder e-mail that had been sent the day before.  Comes back as undeliverable.  Everyone in the group is frustrated and complaining.Twenty minutes into the wait someone finally tracks down the person, at home, who indicated on the e-mail that she was supposed to be the instructor.  She pleads dumb and offers no apology.  She says she'll make a call.Ten more minutes or more go by.  No call back.  Parent calls instructor again.  Still no apology, but is told that someone else will be calling.Person from ASD finally calls.  Group is told to go home, that they don't have an instructor and there will be no class that day.  Someone from ASD will contact each student to reschedule.  Parent asks:  Will there be some sort of compensation for this?  Answer:  Yes, we'll let people know about that too.  Finally an apology is offered.Fast forward nearly a week later.  Still no call from ASD to reschedule.  Still no formal apology.  Still no offer of compensation.  Several calls have been made to ASD and no return call has been received.Save yourself time and hassle.  Go somewhere else.
