We are a family-owned and operated state certified driving school that is committed to teaching new drivers how to be safe and responsible drivers. Through our hands-on training, our students will get the best driver training for their drivers test. We also prepare students for their permit test. We offer state written test and state driving exam, 30-hour online drivers education class, and 4-hour awareness classes. Register Today!

Short: Jesenia Moreno make the drive test extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable for beginner drivers. You pay $60 for their service but you get stress and paranoid by the experience. Deception and lies is what you get from this instructor. If your Mexican your in the clear, apparently she reacts differently if your the same race.
I was expecting some sort of customer service at this place since i am paying extra to take a drive test but i guess this place does not care about you passing and driving safely. The receptionist was extremely fun to talk to, and very relaxing but the examiner was horrible. Taking the drive test with Jesenia Moreno was a worse experience than at the DMV. I would rather be an apprentice for Trump at least he treats people with dignity (yea thats how bad she is). I was relaxed before the test but once we got in the car, she knew how to make me feel unpleasant, purely just rude and impolite. I don’t know how she still works there since she doesn’t know basic English commands, or driving law. She says “pull right”, when asked “do you mean turn right”, she just rudely replies with “pull right”. When turning onto a road with speed limit 45 and a red light, i went only a little above 30 cause whats the point of speeding up and slamming on the breaks, and she says “When limit is 45 you go 45, it is illegal to go slower”. Considering there were no cars around and i was not disturbing the flow of traffic, i do not see where she got this from. The only time she smiled is when she told me that i did not pass, using stupid remarks like “you are the teacher and i am the student”. When we arrived back at the office someone asked if i pass and i said that i did not cause i missed a stop sign, Jesenia snapped and said “you cannot talk about the driving test”. I would not go here any more as long as they have these type of examiners, i pay $60 for a stress free environment, not to be taunted and stressed out. Taking the driving test is hard enough for a beginner i don’t want my examiner to make it worse by being rude and ruthless.

My 17 year old daughter and I went into the Northglenn location to get her driver's license.
I just wanted you to know that it was an amazing experience for her. The two ladies working (JJ and another gal) were working and they were wonderful.
This is the second time one of my children has received their driver's license driving test from this location, and I cannot say enough nice things about the staff.
They are friendly, professional, helpful, and they always make us feel welcomed.
I hope that you do something special for them, because they truly should know how wonderful they are.

If could give this place zero stars I would. Even before the driving test the lady was extremely rude, and that attitude continued during the actual test. At one point she told me to take make a turn,...
If could give this place zero stars I would. Even before the driving test the lady was extremely rude, and that attitude continued during the actual test. At one point she told me to take make a turn, even though I was already in the intersection of the light. I would come to complete stop where my speedometer would say zero, but I soon realized that she didnt consider anything a stop unless you jerked the car. I was even at a red light complete stopped and she said I wasn't stopped. She was extremely rude the entire time, beginning to end. I wish I would have never spent money at a place that is willing to hire people that enjoys mistreating their customers. Unfortunately there was no boss there to complain too. I would NEVER recommend this place based on how bad my experience was with just one employee. I personally work in a customer based environment and if I were to treat a customer as badly as she did I would be fired on the spot. She definitely shouldn't be working in customer service.

I want say I had a great experience with Mile high driving school. The instruction his really great and he knows how to train his students. He knows how to instruct his students very well behind the wheels. I would like to recommended to whoever is trying to get a licence or trying to do driving. He will make sure he trian you well till he knows your ready to hit the road on your own. Chuck your the best and excellent instructor. Am honored to have worked with you. And yay I passed.

I just wanted you to know that it was an amazing experience for her. The two ladies working (JJ and another gal) were working and they were wonderful.
