We paid for our account in full and the manager claimed that we didn't because part of it was in cash, and months ago. We provided the receipt and she was still argumentative and said that we could not book an appointment until it went through her accounting department. I have never had worse customer service. This is the second child I have put through this program but I am not trusting it at this point. If they are so careless with their accounting practices how can I trust them with my child's safety? This program helped a young 16 year old soon to be teen mom I brought in, they gave her a brand new car seat for the baby and the lady even showed her how to adjust the straps etc she winded up the strap in the back and knotted it because it could become a safety hazard for a baby.
