All of the instructors I drove with were supportive and excellent! Dan started me off with basic driving skills such as making U-turns and stopping correctly. Robert adjusted my hand positioning and worked with my skill in changing lanes. Chuck and Jackie both helped my curb and reverse skills and instructed me on how to pass my driving test! I definitely recommend this company. All of the employees were helpful, whether it was with actual driving or at the front desk at making an appointment . My instructors were Chuck, Bob, and Jackie. All three of these people gave me helpful hints on what to look for, and taught me all I will need to know. John truly tried to help us learn in class on how to drive and be responsible especially knowing all our traffic signals and what is right and wrong when behind the wheel. As for my four instructors, Robert, chuck, bob, and Jacki, they all did a tremendous job on showing me how to better myself with the driving skills that I was learning. I have had a very good experience through First Time Driver. My first instructor was Chuck and he was a very cool first instructor. He is someone who will make you laugh throughout the lesson and won't be too hard on you when you mess up. My second lesson was Robert. Robert was a super great instructor he had me drive on the freeway for the first time and he was very laid back and relaxed which made me laid back and relaxed. My daughter used the online course. Therefore I cannot comment on the one-on-one experience. But, the policy states if you do not utilize the behind the wheel instructions a full refund is granted. Well, I have been calling for 2 months for a refund, I have walked in requesting the refund, and to date not ONE phone call to provide a status has been given. I have heard several excuses from "the person that signs the checks is not in" to "that person is instructing class and cannot sign" to "once we receive the check we will call you". A courtesy call seems impossible by these people and myself as a manager, this is UNPROFESSIONAL! I have been patiently waiting for my refund check of $240.00 that I paid in November let alone a PHONE CALL the past two months since requesting the refund! Seek services else where because unforeseen circumstances clearly does not apply to this business nor do they stand by their policy. My next step is filing a complaint with the BBB. Read Less

Love this place! it provides a good instructor, information on the test that are in the future, and a good environment. Clean bathrooms and very nice staff! Mr. Doyle was the teacher and I believe he is the best out of all of them. I believe this class is better than the online courses because it provides a friendly staff and more useful information.
