So I called this place last week to schedule my daughters first time driving lesson, the gentleman I spoke to assured me that all I needed was to have the payment ready and that one of their instructors was going to show up today 2/14. Between 6 and 8 pm.  I asked to make sure that being Valentines day, was not a problem, and he said no.  He took down our info.  I went as far as getting off work early to be here and so did my husband.  Its 6:10 and I figure ok maybe give them a call, well the lady I spoke to said that none of our information was in the system and there was no appointment.  She apologized and offered to book an apt. As a parent it can be nerve wrecking for our kids to start driving but with all the knowledge And skills Gloria thought my daughter I am truly confident my daughter will be a great driver. If you're looking for a driving school, I highly recommend Drive N Skillz. I found them on Yelp while browsing schools and programs. Their website is easy to understand and they list different packages. I signed up for 14 hours because I felt it would help me become a better driver. I have no regrets! Gloria was my driving instructor and she was very personable and accommodating throughout the process. I'm a new college grad and I needed to get my driver's license in order to increase my opportunities for employment. She initiated conversations during my lessons which made the overall experience more pleasant and less overwhelming for me having someone to talk with. She got to know me and my personal circumstances. Gloria was understanding and helpful 100% and beyond. I passed the driving test on my first attempt! Awesome business to work with and a lifesaver for my nerves. This company offers driving instruction and they have packages for the bare minimum hours needed or you can add on time. There has been no pressure to add time and rack up my bill. I added four more hours so that I am confident my daughter will be safe and also so that I will be safe. Haha!The instructor my daughter has is so patient and nice. After each session we discuss things she needs to work on in between. This has given her confidence and made the transition to driving less stressful. That being said, this is not supposed to take place of the practice that is needed before taking the DMV driving exam. This review is for anyone looking for a driving school for their kid. I highly recommended this company, I purchased the 5 day/ 2hr a day package, around $600. After searching for a driving school I came upon Drive N Skillz, I read the reviews and called and asked for Gloria to be the instructor for my kid. She had great reviews! Let me tell you, this was worth EVERY PENNY! I tried to teach my kid how to drive, so did his father, we sucked at being teachers, I can admit that. I believe we made his fears of driving even worse. My kid was scared to drive, my kid avoided it like the plague! But my kid needed to learn, as a parent it was my responsibility to give that knowledge to the kid one way or the other. Gloria was always on time, picked up my kid from home, explained everything, was patient and calm, gave my kid confidence, and the desire to want to learn how to drive. Gloria made it easy for my kid to conquer his fear of driving, I can't thank Gloria enough. One week after his lessons, my kid took his driving test, failed it, but made another appointment two days later and passed it only missing 2 minor mistakes! That $600 dollars didn't just teach my kid how to drive, that $600 dollars taught my kid how to look his fears in the eye and overcome them!! I couldn't be more proud!! Thank you very much Gloria!! As a parent of a teenager I highly recommend this school.  Gloria was great!  She's very patient and personable.  She made my daughter feel very comfortable and treated her as a person and not a "kid" trying to drive.  While instructing she would not only instruct on the laws but also have a conversation which helped to make it easier.  She was always on time and gave a full report at the end.  She asked that before we scheduled my daughter's last session that she drive around with me more.  We ended up scheduling her last session the day before her test which was great because it gave my daughter an opportunity to ask any last minute questions.  My daughter passed her test the next day on the first try.  Thank you to Gloria for your awesome patience and building my daughter's confidence.  I definitely recommend this school. My instructor was Alex! He was GREAT!!! I scheduled everything last minute, but he work around my work scheduled. He was very patient, and very helpful and detailed with all the questions I had, but BEST of all was that I passed my driving test sooo EXCITED!!! very thankful. I would really recommend this school. We originally did the 6 hours but later added 3 more hours + dmv so my daughter could be really prepared for test and I'm so glad we did because she passed her test the first time with only a few minor errors. I got the 6 hr. package which was very good for me. She showed me everything I needed to now. She was very patient with me and answered all questions. We went over practice test roads multiple times, and explained things in a way that made sense. If I could give Drive N Skillz more stars, I would. I highly recommend this driving school. My daughter wanted to learn how to drive and I didn't know how to teach her. I felt very nervous and I wanted her to learn the right way. I went on yelp and found Drive N Skillz. I called right away and Gloria listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I got the 6 hrs behind the wheel packet. Gloria was on time all the time. My daughter felt very comfortable around her. I upgraded from 6 hours to 10 hours. Gloria not only taught my daughter how to drive, she taught me how to talk to her and how to explain things when my daughter was in the car with me. By her 3rd lesson, I felt comfortable letting my daughter drive the car. I am amazed by how fast she learned. By her 4th lesson, my daughter was driving  on the freeway and during the night. I first called Drive N Skillz with interest in getting driving lessons for my sister as a birthday gift. The attendant on the phone was very knowledgeable and recommended a 6 hr. behind the wheel gift certificate. They made it extremely easy to work around her schedule, we choose to have them pick her up at school and drop her off at home. The instructor, Gloria, was very punctual, amiable and bilingual; she was able to explain my sister's progress to my parents after every lesson along with a written report that informed us what to keep an eye out for when driving with her. My sister really enjoyed her time; she mentioned how her two hr. lessons felt like minutes, she felt very confortable with the car and was able to upgrade to include the drive test service. She was taken for a 1hr practice prior to her driving test, and her DMV appointment right after, needless to say she passed her test at first try and is now a confident safe driver. I would highly recommend Drive N Skillz to any person looking to learn how to drive and obtain their drivers license. Read Less
