Danger alert !!! I'm not saying this place is running some sort of a scam but let me tell you what happened. I paid them to remove the penalty for a traffic ticket. But the traffic ticket was never removed and the penalty remained. My insurance rates went way up because of this funny weird mistake at this funny weird place in Westminster. I sold my car without the title and the office advised me to seamlessly transfer the car to my buyer with paperless title transfer. I went to this place today for the traffic school. Mr. Minh was help me and tell me about the question of the traffic fee. Also he told me the office fee for traffic school is $30 ( for taking book study at home). But he got busy, and another person took over. Finally he charge me $40 instead of $30???? On top of that, they did not tell me about another charge when I use the credit card to pay my fee for the ticket. No explain, just ask my credit card and do it. I found out later when I got home. Not their money so they don't care? Worst customer service and make me feel I got cheated. I completed traffic school online here about 3 years ago and remembered it to be painless and easy. When my husband needed to complete traffic school, I suggested he do it here.For $19.99, you can do the online class. It is a bunch of reading, a 3 question quiz after each chapter, and a 20 question test at the end that you must score at least 70% on. He was able to complete the whole course in under an hour and scored 100% on all quizzes and the final test.Highly recommend for those comfortable with online learning! Read Less

Really bad customer service. I called 2 times and nobody pick up the phone so I left a clear message with my phone number to sign up for traffic school. SERVICE SUCKS!I had my driver license address changed at this place about 8 months ago and the dmv still mails letters to my old add. So i called in asking why and what they would do to solve the problem and the guy said i had to go to dmv to change it by myself. They can't do anything else about it. Excuse me? How does that even make sense? Why would i go to your company to get charged instead of going directly to the dmv? Because i didn't want to waste my time waiting in the crowded dmv fool! That's why i PAID YOU to do it. And now you told me to go to dmv and deal with the problem that you should've done and i still got charged? This is the most hilarious thing i've ever experienced. Just blaming everything on the dmv. Then why do you have that service? The guy was very RUDE too. He thought i was an old Vietnamese lady who doesn't speak English and that i didn't know what i was talking about. I have had a mailbox from here for about 3 years now; and my girlfriend is always buying clothes and stuff on the Internet, when I walk in they know me now on a personal level they go and grab the package when they see me pull up.Makes me feel a little bit like a VIP. $60/yr cheaper than most PO boxes, registered my car here as well once; got the tags right away no wait. I came for traffic school and decided to do the take home test instead of attending the class. I came back a few days later to score the test, and the person who graded me couldn't even grade. All he had to do was to match my test with a pre-answered template and he couldn't do it right. While scoring the test, he made fun of me, smirked and asked who did the test for me. Somehow he failed my test and of course I couldn't believe it so I checked my answers again. Turned out when he matched the answers with the template, he was looking at a different page of the test. When I pointed it out, he didn't apologize and acted like he was right all along. I was very offended by his attitude. This person is rude, unprofessional for making fun of me, and first of all, not too bright to even score a simple test. I do not re omen anyone to do work here.Update: It has been a week since I had my test graded. The person promised me a few days to submit to court, and they have not. I gave it one star so I can share my friend's story for everyone to be alert of Little Saigon traffic school especially the Vietnamese elders or who is limited speaking in English and you may have been ripped off by this business before! Here is a story of my good friend who almost got ripped off last weekend.Few months back, my friend paid registration to DMV for his motorcycle and went back to VN but did realize his insurance was expired so DMV suspended his sticker. Then he renewed his insurance after he got back from VN and sent to DMV for releasing his sticker but DMV sent him a letter and required him to pay $13 for reinstate fee so he did. DMV then notified him that he will have to go to DMV for picking up the sticker, so instead he went to Little Saigon traffic school for help to avoid getting in a long line in DMV. After talking to person working here, he was asked to pay $110 for my registration, $80 for late penalty, $20 for their service charge and $4 fee if pay by credit card. My friend felt being ripped off so he started questions them. They realized he know DMV system and fees so they asked him to pay $20 only and gave him the sticker. My friend asked them why he was asked to pay over $200 from the beginning? They said they will make a special discount request to DMV for him. Wow do you believe what a nice guy? They are having special connection to DMV because the owner is a city councilman or what??? I don't think so!!! Please share this to your family members and friends!!! F this place didnt get my title when I paid them to do this called and micheal told me to come in and sign an additional form. The told me to pay another 19 bucks ao I said u allready charged me. TERRIBLE, LIARS, RUDE. on 12/sept/2012 my brother paid $10 usd fee for “DRIVER LICENSE/IDENTIFCATION INFORMATION REPORT” and they gave him a wrong report “ DRIVER LICENSE INQUIRY REPORT”. My brother requested for the refund, the manager Michael Vo Duc Minh (he is also Fountain Valley city council member www.fountainvalley.org/government/citycouncil ) denied gave the wrong report or give back the fee and also dare my brother sue him. Little Saigon Traffic School helped me to requested for extension and posted traffic school payment so I did not have to take a day off from work to come to the court in LA. My dad went to traffic school here a long time ago... we thought it was ok because they didn't make the students learn much... just sit around and bull around... because why would an old man want learn again? Well, Little Saigon Traffic School (LSTS) does more than just traffic school... they also change your driver's license, registration, and all DMV info for you. I just completed 2 night of Traffic classes on Wenesday. class was funs, and Instructors so nice. I learned alot from the Instructor how to defence to tickets ,save time and money, school helped me paid online and printed the court approved right away, save me lots of time, instead i have to mailed or waited in line to to get approved letters. since i completed i dont have any tickets at all.Everybody choose this school as clear your tickets.
