Looked into many different schools and by far this one had the best reviews and comments by students that attended the school. Julio my instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. He can help anyone without any experience learn how to drive a tractor. My experience over at universal trucking School in Upland was a great One I left out knowing all that there is to know about the inside and the outside of a truck all of the maneuvers andinstructor was there teaching me all of the driving do's and don'ts for the road and the staff in the office was amazing anytime I ran into a situation as far work scheduling they were there to help me out they made it real convenient for me to get my license without feeling pressured thank you I recommend this school to anyone trying to get their class A or class B drivers license. First of all. I want to thank Julio my instructor who showed me and taught me everything I needed to know.  From start to finish showed me the basics.  Straight line backing.  Offsets right lane and left lane.  Parallel parking.  Alley docking.  Air break inspection .  Pre trip inspection.  He shows you 2-3 times n then ur on ur own.  Any mistakes u make he's there for u to correct them. Correct your mistakes.  Do it right.    I signed up in September.  And passed on my first try at the dmv in november.  Take advantage on ur practice time and get it down as quick as you can.  It's not hard.  It gets easy if you really put your effort in it.   I knew nothing about driving a tractor trailer and now I have a CDL A with doubles and triples and tankers.  Really study the air brakes inspection.  You cannot get any errors at the dmv or you will fail .  Know the in cab inspection.  Study the pre trip inspections around the tractor and trailer.  It's not hard.  Don't wait to the last minute and practice practice practice.  You don't want to fail at the dmv and then wait another 3-4 weeks to retake the test.  Best part of this was when we were driving on the road . Jumping on the freeway and really testing your skills handling a commercial vehicle.  Practice your turns and for the trailer not to hit or scrape the curve.  It's an automatic fail at the dmv The ladies in the office were great. Had all the answers to my questions and very knowledgeable.   Prices are reasonable and if u want I think you can make monthly payments.  Overall my experience with this school. I can say I'm glad I chose it.  I now have my license and it's open up doors for a new career and start making this money.  Good luck Read Less

Excellent school to go to if your trying to get your class A or B license. The price is reasonable and the service that you get is GREAT. From the lady's in the office always there to answer any questions you might have and they work with your schedule which is another plus. To the instructor I was given taught me how to drive the truck correctly. By correcting my mistakes and having me correct them myself. I just finished up my course here and I couldn't be any happier with the service AND the prices for my class A license. From the young lady's at the front desk to the instructor that I was given for my classes, I was extremely happy with all of the services. They didn't hesitate to always ask if I needed any questions answered and I found that very helpful.
