Very poor customer service. I called several times, no call back. Finally a got a call back left as a voice mail and had to call and call again. Once I got my daughter in, the lessons were quick, timely and easy. However, I had to pick up a copy of the signed doc on Saturday and went during normal business hours but there was a note on the door stating they would be closed for a few days. I went back on the first day they were opened and was told I needed to come back when an instructor was available to sign it. So I went again during normal business hours and there was another note on the door stating they were opening late today. Extremely frusterating, huge waste of time and gas not to mention it's the middle of summer and temps are over 100. I will NEVER take another child here for driving lessons ever again because of the poor service. I even asked the receptionist yesterday if they would be opened this morning and she assured me they would, even though they were not. You can not ever call to find out if they are opened either because the phone is never answered and always goes to voice mail. So I am REALLY trying to stay calm and not overreact. BUT when I signed up my kid for behind the wheel @Imperial Driving and Traffic School Inc., I expected them to have a certificate of completion to hand to him on his final lesson date. Today's his final lesson and NO CERTIFICATES!!! They have been ordered and they do not have a way to track them  or to know when they will get them, :You know how the DMV is" is what I was told. OH!! Did I mention his driving test is scheduled for TOMORROW!!!!!  @ 9:30 am??? I missed a call from them of Friday, the 23rd. Where they left a message to confirm our appt. today and to check when his test was. But the call they made on the 16th to check if I wanted to take advantage of a cancellation, where I told them that his test was on the 28th and I asked what they suggested me to do didn't count as informing them. So I guess it's MY FAULT!!! Poor Gaige! I feel horrible for him. He is wayyy passed his 16th birthday and now this!!!   I am really trying to make it a life lesson for him and to think maybe it's a sign and not to force it. BUT IT IS BAD BUSINESS!!! VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!!  You took my money on day 1!! I should have a certificate on the last day!!!  So anyone thinking of using Imperial Traffic School On central, I would like for you to request that they make sure they place a certificate in your child's file on the day you pay their fee so that this doesn't happen to another teenager excited to get his/her  license. Now I am forced to make another DMV appt.at the next avaialable date, in 4 weeks or so, Take ANOTHER DAY OUT OF WORK .. Shame on them. UPDATE: Today, June 29th 2017 I received a phone call around 2 p.m. stating that they had received the certificates, but I would have to wait until after 4 p.m. to go pick it up. They needed an instructor to sign it. I can't even begin to express how unhappy and disappointed I am with this company. Even after we had to deal with THEIR screwup, lose two days of work and my son will not be able to take his test for his license for another 3 weeks, they still made me go pick up the certificate rather than offering to deliver it..  and the saddest part is, I've heard nothing but good things about this company until this. My driving instructors were super chill and calming whenever I made a mistake (Alan and Freddy), and I made a lot of them. I'm also someone who's generally always very tense and anxious so I thought driving would completely destroy me, but my instructors made me feel a lot better about it. Didn't realize how cool they were till I started driving with other people and would get shout at for going 1 mile over the speed limit which throws me off completely. DMV people could take notes from these instructors because they freak out even though they of all people should be calm and quiet (pretty sure the lady testing me gave me ptsd). Imperial driving school is the most horrible experience I had to deal with, right after the first lesson. They were called and said all my son needed was one lesson to receive the cert. needed for DMV. The instructor signed the DMV cert. and said this all he needed. After making the appt at DMV the gentleman said he needed the Gold color cert. from the school. So a whole morning wasted due to this false information. Then after that horrible experience we went to the business office where they opened very late. We spoke to the man who opened the door and he said we would need two more lessons. After the first dishonest information given I became weary. So I asked if payment can be made after the finale two lessons and we receive the cert.When the lady showed up at the house she asked for the full payment. I explained what the man had agreed to. Then she said she was the manager and no one would have aggreed to that. She was rude, loud, obnoxious and treated me like I was a liar. After the horrible conversation I sent her away. My son being anxious to finish this so he can get his license stopped her. So I agreed to the payment only for my son sake.The driving instruction calls for 2 hrs of drive time. We wasted 40 min. discussing the details with the manager being very rude towards me. She then said he will get 1 hr and 20 min. since we had wasted 40 min. discussing the details. They want to always lean on the law in order for them to promote their business but not willing to give the 2 hrs behind the wheel training that is required (according to them) by law. These people are not proffesional, and bends the rules as long as it suits them and very rude. I would certainly not recomend this company ever. We had a wonderful experience with Imperial. My daughter passed her driving test with only 2 marks. She drove with Noeme. My daughter was very comfortable driving with her. They worked a schedule to fit my daughters school schedule and planned lessons right up to her test. We highly recommend Imperial Driving School. Read Less

Very inflexible with scheduling and hard to change your appointment once you booked it because they usually don't have any slots available for you to reschedule. Also inflexible with cancellation and charges an exorbitant amount if you miss your appointment. Pricing is not the best either. One of my worst decisions this year. Would not recommend. Read Less

I loved this place a lot. My instructor was very nice and pretty funny, we learned a lot of great tips and material which really helped for the written exam on the last day of the session. I made 9 new friends while I was there, younger and older than I, and we had soo much fun going to Taco Bell or Everest together for our lunch period. Paid my deposit. My son paid his deposit and was not able to pass his test for a couple of months. When he passed and went to schedule they raised the price $50 and could not schedule him in for over a month. The owner was very rude and difficult to deal with. Do not use this service. Read Less

Had a good experience here! My teacher was very good. She showed me all that the dmv was going to ask me to do and it really helped. I went to dmv yesterday and wasn't nervous at all. I passed and now finally have my license. Just in time for Homecoming.....Cool! Read Less

This school was very helpful in every aspect. I have a teen that needed the drivers ed and training and we decided to come to Imperial driving. It was a great decision. My daughter passed her written test with no errors and her behind the wheel with only one minor mistake. My daughter just finished her drivers education here and she loved it. The instructor was amazing. He helped her gain confidence in herself. My daughter had never touched a steering wheel before and was terrified at the though. And now she has become such a great driver that she sometimes even corrects me. Read Less
