My oldest son received his classes through AAA. It was fine but, I had to drive him to meet the driving instructor. For my youngest son, I wanted someone to come and pick hime up at home. I chose City Freeway Driving School, after seeing their vehicles drive around my neighborhood. My son got driving lessons from Rufino, he was great. I had a very bad experience with this company. As I moved to California, I started taking some driving classes to get my California License. The instructors were nice at first, but no one was actually explaining me the rules I needed to know when you move from abroad. When my husband explained this to one of the people working there, they gave me one free hour just to keep us quiet but the guy legitimately told me that it was my fault if I don't listen to what the instructors told me. This was utterly disrespecting and - obviously- untrue. To conclude, I had to spend other 300 $ to go to a different school that was actually able to PROFESSIONALLY explain to me the rules I needed to know and understand. Read Less

You would think someone driving around with a Driving School advertisement on their car would drive safely instead completely the opposite occurred on Katella getting onto the 55 freeway the lady driving by herself not a student was on her telephone while driving then continue to drive a radic changing lanes on the 55 South at 2:45 in the afternoon on a Friday !that one is pretty pathetic get a clue and learn how to drive yourself before trying to teach someone how to be courteous and stay off your telephone while driving your jackass Read Less

I passed the driving test! I took the 6 hour package and had my lessons with Myra and an additional class with Alexandra. Taking an additional class is a personal decision because I felt like I needed more practice. For most of my classes, Myra really gave me the confidence to drive and confidence is key to driving. For anyone looking for driving instructors, I'd recommend City Freeway Driving School.  I was recommended and Myra did not disappoint.  I'm usually very nervous driving with new people, but Myra made me feel very relaxed and comfortable when she first came.  She was patient and made sure to calmly point out the mistakes I make and always made sure she explained everything thoroughly to make sure her students understood.  She would also ask if I had any questions just to make sure.  Myra is definitely a go-to instructor.  I even passed my driving's test on the first time! They sucked!!! Javier picked up my daughter 10 mins late and dropped her off 20 mins early. They did this twice. Then when I called to complain the owner said they can end the lesson 10 mins early. That's more than 10 mins early. Especially when this happened 2 times. When she only gets 3 lessons.These lesson are not cheap for them to short her time. Read Less

6 Lessons and 1 test later I have a licence! Prior to taking the classes I never even drove a day in my life yet alone had my hands on a steering wheel for more than two minutes before being told to get out of the driver’s seat. At first I was really nervous about driving but it was a lot easier than I expected, it’s really all about common sense. My instructor(Javier) was very patient with me and very insightful breaking down all the things that I was afraid of such as: turning, parking, and backing up all into ways that made me realize there was nothing to fear at all. Amazing! I just passed today. I'm Deaf & Hard of Hearing. My driving instructor named Mario. I'd definitely recommend Mario! He's very good at paying attention, directions, signaling, & traffic checks. We make easy communication. Mario gave me a lot of confidence. I made about 5-8 appointments for Mario. ive been driving for 20 years in my country, i thought i was gonna be given a license on my first behind the wheel test.  I recently tried going on my own thinking that this would be an easy shot for me, i got driving experience! , it was an epic fail i got 17 errors, came across with city freeway driving school thru yelp. because of my work schedule ive been having a hard time setting up a lesson at 6 in the morning, but javier worked it out for me i had two driving lessons and the second one was at the day of my 2nd behind the wheel test, i strongly reccomend to seek help from this bussiness  for a thorough driving lessons.got my license recently after having two lessons with JAVIER. I would really recommend this school for anyone who wants to learn safe driving.The staff is very nice and the instructor, Anthony, was very patient and calm, which gave me confidence and made me relaxed too. I have my daughter ready to get the permit and called this people.they were very helpfull, she started taking the drivers ed online,as soon as she completed the course they mail her the certificates to get her permit.We call for the first lesson and two days after she was driving and for what she told me the instructor was very kind and explained all the basic information and when i started practicing with her,i was very surprised and relaxed ,i toughed it was going to be difficult,i was wrong.Give this people a call and you will be satisfied with the service.
