I had my first lesson this afternoon. Everything went pretty well - my driving instructor was very patient and responsible. At the end of the lesson, he told me that he preferred me to pay for each lesson individually, which according to him is $75 each class because my zip code is close to the company and I was eligible for a discounted package, which would be $225 total for three classes. So after the lesson, I called the receptionist, Raoul, trying to pay for my lesson.I told him exactly what the instructor told me: to pay for an individual lesson, and I wanted to confirm whether it was $75 each lesson for my circumstance. But Raoul got very aggressive and said I was trying to pay less than I owed, because apparently, each individual lesson is $90 without a package. He continued yelling at me and kept cutting me off when I tried to explain. I tried to explain to him that I didn't want to take advantage of the driving school, nor did I want to give him any trouble - I just wanted to confirm what the right price for one individual lesson is. But he wouldn't listen, and when I asked him why he is treating me in such an awful matter, he said, and I quote: "I knew the moment you called that you were trying to take advantage of us. This is America, this is how American capitalism works. I am trying to teach you a lesson, this is not some BANANA COUNTRY. This is America, and that's how things work here."He also said I was wasting his time and that I was trying to stop him from making money from other customers. Then he put me on hold TWO TIMES, each for several minutes while he answered calls from other customers.I was so shocked by what he said. During our conversation he showed no respect, nor any professionalism. At the end of the call, he told me that $75 per lesson was okay. But it wasn't my purpose to negotiate the price down, and I felt humiliated. I don't know what the whole deal about "America" or "banana country" was about. Is it because I have an Asian name? Unfortunately, although I had a great time learning from my instructor, I will have to switch to another driving school.

Horrible service. I paid a hundred dollars to get help parking and take the test. When I walked in the car first thing u asked Andrea was I need help parking. The whole experience was great. I started taking the test and the first thing the guy asked me to do is park. Lol. Wow. I failed okay. I was disappointed but who wouldn't be. I called the next day to ask for a discount and all I got was attitude. And a review that I was rude. I called for one service and you didn't do that then you want to slander me when I was holding my feeling. Your business will fail absolutely. You guys are doing an absolutely horrible job.

I was taking lessons at 1st Choice driving school. The school was okay, but they still didn't give me the confidence to be on the road so I decided looked somewhere else. I found this school on Yelp and saw the positive reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. I did 26 hours with this school and I had Paul and Adriana.Paul is so calm and patient. He gave me the confidence to drive. If I did something wrong he would make me do it over again. Adriana did the same thing and she helped me pay attention to the small details as well as the obvious ones. Just came home from the DMV and I passed my test! I recommend this school to everyone and If this school is still around in 3 years, my little sister will be going here. Thank you Paul and Adriana! You guys are the best!

Ricardo did an excellent job with teaching me how to drive with a standard stick shift. He's very calm, patient, and professional. It was also nice that he had dual control pedals so that he could take control or provide support during my 1st lesson. I also like that the rate was fair, and that the lesson was held where I live. Choose Ricardo at allied if you want to learn well and quickly.

I passed the test, and I definitely recommended this place. Previously I went with 1st Choice Driving school, and while their instructors is okay, they just do a minimal job. This school is much better. The instructor do a very thorough job. He reminded me every time I passed an intersection, having an intuitive way to teach me parking. They also have the same instructor assigned to me for each lesson (unlike the previous school where I have different instructors and cars for each lesson). I passed the test with flying color. This is the school I recommended.

I have an Australian drivers license and booked two days prior to my test for the Road Test Service with warm up lesson. A test can be nerve racking despite your confidence in your ability to drive. It's knowing the nuances about the roads, and what the examiners look out for. I tried a different driving service company and failed my first attempt, and believe the knowledge of the particular DMV would have greatly contributed to helping me.I truly believe it doesn't matter how great the company's process is, it's all about the instructor. Juan was observant, considerate and very informative. He seemed like he really cared about my success which is also very much appreciated. I passed my second attempt with Juan's help and he seemed disappointed I even received a point for a mistake.Allied Driving School could be more communicative about the details on the appointments such as the car, instructor name, appointment time and sending reminders; but overall my experience was great.

This driving school is awful! I tried to cancel my appointment with them yesterday and they did not answer then the following morning I received a call from the owner literally going off on me and calling me out of my name! Parents please be cautious with your kids attending this driving school....very threatening and unsafe!

Considered renting a car for the exam but found out you could hire a car and driver from Allied Driving School AND also get some pointers on the way to the DMV. I passed with 99% this morning, and a big thank you to Juan who helped get me up to speed in such a short time!

i booked a car for dmv driven test and 1 hour lesson before my appointment start for feeling a car. this guys forget about me and come at dmv after my appointment time. it means, that i don't have an opportunity use to car and feel it. as result i didn't pass my test. and main reason why i didnt pass was not smooth acceleration and not smooth brake. it's was irresponsible. this school is a cause why i didnt pass. and also they charge me $60. i'm not recommend this school. avoid them.

I am 75 years old and lost my license about 18 months ago. As part of my reinstatement process I had to pass a driving test. On the advice of my lawyer I contacted Allied. Their cars are clean and well maintained. My instructors were extremely knowledgeable. Instruction was provided in a nonjudgmental calm manner. I passed my test on my first try.

Couldn't even find my address for the road test service. My appointment was at 8am and he called around 7:20 saying he don't know where I'm at and blah blah blah. He was suppose to be here at 7am for an hour of practice before the test. I made an appointment 4 days ago and yesterday I called to confirm and they didn't even have my information. I gave them my info again and then this happens. I know its early but i got ready and all that too. Maybe double check the address the night before? They are probably good at what they do but not in the morning.

This school should get 10 stars, and have way more reviews. I moved out to LA from NYC about a year ago. I took driving lessons from other schools and failed the road test twice . Those experiences bruised my confidence so I took a one month break. Then I called this school and got a really positive vibe speaking to the owner. After taking about 20 hours of driving lessons. I took the road test this week and I finally passed! Thanks to Raul, who is a very helpful teacher, funny and also happens to be the owner. He explained step by step how to control the vehicle, and everything that you will experience/deal with in sharing the road with traffic. He is also extremely patient because I am a nervous/anxious adult in my forties who has not driven since I was a teenager. After my experience with others schools this was far more the best one and I highly recommend it.

Paul is my instructor. He was highly recommended by a coworker. He is professional and a really nice gentleman. He love what he does and know his craft. LOL He made me drive for the first time in my life and I find it so funny that my fear of driving made me wait all these years to overcome it in minutes. I felt so secure and confident. It's so funny when he told me to just listen to him and follow his instructions, ha! haaaa lol If he was someone I know who is teaching me, he would have told me to shut up! lol aaaah! luv it!

I had my first lesson this afternoon. Everything went pretty well - my driving instructor was very patient and responsible. At the end of the lesson, he told me that he preferred me to pay for each lesson individually, which according to him is $75 each class because my zip code is close to the company and I was eligible for a discounted package, which would be $225 total for three classes. I found this school on Yelp and saw the positive reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. I did 26 hours with this school and I had Paul and Adriana.Paul is so calm and patient. It was also nice that he had dual control pedals so that he could take control or provide support during my 1st lesson. I also like that the rate was fair, and that the lesson was held where I live. I passed the test, and I definitely recommended this place. Previously I went with 1st Choice Driving school, and while their instructors is okay, they just do a minimal job. This school is much better. The instructor do a very thorough job. He reminded me every time I passed an intersection, having an intuitive way to teach me parking. This school should get 10 stars, and have way more reviews. I moved out to LA from NYC about a year ago. I took driving lessons from other schools and failed the road test twice . Those experiences bruised my confidence so I took a one month break. Then I called this school and got a really positive vibe speaking to the owner. After taking about 20 hours of driving lessons. I took the road test this week and I finally passed! Thanks to Raul, who is a very helpful teacher, funny and also happens to be the owner. He is also extremely patient because I am a nervous/anxious adult in my forties who has not driven since I was a teenager. Juan was a very patient and helpful instructor! I really enjoyed my experience! I passed my driving test with 6 errors out of 15 and to that I thank Juan!

Paul is my instructor. He was highly recommended by a coworker. He is professional and a really nice gentleman. He love what he does and know his craft. LOL He made me drive for the first time in my life and I find it so funny that my fear of driving made me wait all these years to overcome it in minutes. I felt so secure and confident. It's so funny when he told me to just listen to him and follow his instructions, ha! haaaa lol If he was someone I know who is teaching me, he would have told me to shut up! lol aaaah! luv it!
