My son got his license today. All of the instructors were great, he felt confident and comfortable when he took his behind the wheel. I paid the extra to have them take him to the DMV for his test, so worth it. He got a little extra practice and I wasn't there making him nervous. Edit: I am editing my post as the owner of the company has personally called me to apologize for the bad experience.  They sincerely apologized and offered a full refund.   He listened to my complaint,  and like all great business owners got immediately to the root of the problem and fixed it. They are very helpful in preparing you for the test, they show you what the test would be on and show you more for real life situations. The instructors are really nice and will help you polish some of the rough edges of your driving skills from beginning to end, would highly recommend going to them. Read Less

Five stars :) Georgette, the driving instructor, is AWESOME!!!!!! She's patient, makes you feel comfortable as soon as you get behind the wheel, shows you  that she has a brake as well on her side & she will ALWAYS keep you safe. I highly recommend Georgette because she breaks every single detail down for you in a way that any age driver can understand. She conversates with and is VERY FUNNY I might add lol She tells you what to look out for and what the DMV will expect from you :) With her we practiced making right & left turns, u-turns, 3 point turns, stopping behind the limit line, protected & unprotected intersections, parallel parking, driving on the freeway, reversing in a straight line, lane changes, looking over your shoulder before merging, parking the car in a parking lot & uphill/downhill, even showed me how to put gas in the car!! As a student driver I think Penny is an amazing driving instructor. She makes you feel very comfortable in the car, and she's very personable. She totally stays calm under the pressure of riding with "us" teen drivers and she has our best interest at heart. I as a mother of a new driver, in meeting Penny for the first time, I could tell she really enjoys what she does and helping her student drivers be successful in their driving tests. She is very pleasant and possesses nurturing qualities. So I knew my daughter was in very capable hands. My daughter passed her driving test the very first time around. I took 6 lessons with Inland Valley Driving School, it was a great experience. All of their instructors are patient and very clear with instructions. They make sure you know how to be a courteous and technical driver before you take your test. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be as great of a driver as I am. They instilled confidence in me, and showered me with positivity. I worked with 4 different instructors and all of them were professional. I have learned so much though this school. All the people there are super nice and they are alway there if you have any questions about driving! My daughter had her 3 lessons with 2 different instructors Georgette  and Regina, my daughter loved both and was comfortable each lesson.  I decided to have them take her to the DMV for her driving test which gave her an additional hour of instruction , this time with Tom.   She was put at ease quickly with him.  She totally enjoyed his company.  Having 3 different instructors taking her out was valuable in her learning ... I must say the customer service is superior.  I have called a couple times to make appointments and the customer service has been outstanding and so friendly - I would say one of the best customer service personnel  I have dealt with.  They worked with my daughter and she said that they were polite and talkative.  If you are looking for a drivers school I would give this place a A++++ When you call you will know what I mean. I shopped around all over for My daughter to a school I felt most comfortable with. As soon as I talked to the lady on the phone I knew my daughter was in great hands. I found out It was a Family owned buisness and I truley believed and noticed they treat their students as if they were their own children. I felt safe and confident with my daughter in the car with her instructor. I even asked if the instructor could call me after the lesson just to let me know how my daughter did, seeing how it is much more difficult to communicate with my own daughter while I help her practice in the car, and the instructor called me that very evening! Wow. If a Driving School could have a perfect Score this School has defintley earned it. I have had 2 previous children taken this school in the past and have Never ran into any problems. The Office staff is so kind and helpful and ALWAYS returned my phone call right away if I left a message. We were able to get my son in as promised, and like I've heard about from other driving schools, this one does not take their time as soon as you give them their payment. They treated me with such kindness and respect and stuck to their word. Thank you for helping all three of my kids PASS their driving test ALL on their first time. I previously had 2 children come through this school. My 3rd child is currently driving with inland valley and i couldn't be any happier with the service we have received over the years. What really made me comfortable is they have all the same drivers from my previous children. Where as other schools get new instructors just about every year or less. Read Less
