I called them constantly and they didn't even acknowledge me. I even sent several voice mails, still wasn't even acknowledged. I don't see why they called themselves a "business" and they don't return people's phone calls. Ain't nobody got time for this. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Read Less

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! My child took the driver ed thru this website, which is really Coach's Driving School and it took well over 2 months to get the certificate. Constant promises of "I will send it tomorrow" And tomorrow finally came today. I had to threaten many times just to get the paper sent. No phone calls are EVER returned. Text msgs are ignored and many excuses of why the texts were not addressed in a timely manner. One time we were told to pick up the certificate at the office after 9am and they NEVER showed up. Not going to do the behind the wheel. Forget it. This was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read Less

I had the same experience as the other reviews. we talked with someone there who also quoted us a $75 price. Tried to contact them again to set an appointment and after numerous times of trying to contact them with no return calls, we gave up went with Delta. they have been in business for 30 years and that was were we had sent our oldest daughter 6 years ago. I would not have left a star if I didn't have to.  Being a single mom and finding an affordable driving school seemed like a dream come true!  I spoke to Matthew who quoted me a special of 75.00 for a 2 hour session.  I booked him for the following  weekend for my son.  Imagine not only my disappointment, but my sons as well, when he NEVER SHOWED UP!  Not only did he not show up, he never returned a call, text message, e-mail, or personal handwritten note on the door of his office.  To Phillips/Coaches/Matthew, you are disappointing young adults looking forward to their right of passage into the driving world!  You should BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF... UGH....there should be no stars at all for this place. I should have listened to my instincts when it took a week for the instructor to call back. A guy by the name of Matthew called and seemed really personable and helpful. Offered a $50 promotion so it would be $75 for a 2 hour session, and of course we would need a total of 3 sessions. Of course I jumped at the promotion because most other places were running about $95 per session. So we booked an appointment for him to pick up my daughter on a Thursday after school at 3:30pm. Can you believe he was a no call no show?! I called and left several messages, still no return call. No explanation to what happened, it's like the appointment never existed. So now, we have to start all over again. What a waste of my time. Read Less
