My son just completed his driving test at the DMV and passed on his first try. First and foremost, we would like to give all the thanks to Adam, his driving instructor at Surepass. As a parent, we want the best for our child. That's why I went to Surepass. From start to finish, Adam went above and beyond and even drove with my son the day before his driving test. He didn't have to but he took his personal time to go over one last driving tips with him and that is reinforcing his confidence to pass. That's what I call true customer service. You can't get any better than that. The price was great, friendly staff, and scheduling was a breeze. My son started his driving lessons in August with Fabiola and she was phenomenal.  He completed drivers ed this month!  Fabiola quickly helped him to gain confidence and respect for the road and the vehicle.  Her down to earth personality and ability to connect with teens is commendable.  I myself found it a little nerve wrecking to teach someone to drive and to have a professional instructor was a game changer.  My son is now a licensed driver and thanks to SurePass dedication to having only the best like Fabiola who thought my son how to Drive. This is the best driving school ever and I will get everything on that. Adam was my son's instructor and he was soooooo patient, understanding and made my son feel very comfortable. Thank you once again, Sure Pass, especially Fabi and Peg. This our second time using Sure Pass with our kids, and won't be our last. Unfortunately we didn't have Yelp 8 years ago when our oldest was a student, but they were great with her! She passed her driving test with only one mark against her and that was only because she got excited pulling into the DMV parking lot and got marked 1 point for going a bit too fast trying to get to the designated spot at the end. Our second child is currently a student, and is currently with Fabi, just like her big sister was. Our girl was terrified to get behind the wheel. After 1 lesson with Fabi, she is now excited and confident driving with us. Which makes it so much easier for her to learn. And Peg, what can we say? Thank you, Thank you for your patience and helping us find dates that fit our crazy schedule. And also making sure the girls have the right teachers to fit their personalities. Terrible regretful and expensive experience!!! Please read all the fine print and have them explain the cancellation policy before you walk out as they never explained correctly it to me. I'm a cancer patient and I have major health issues I had to cancel a total of three times due to my health and when I called the first time to cancel I was told that I had to give them a 24 hour cansalation notice otherwise  I would be charged $50.00 fee. So on the next two times that I called and canceled they never said anything to me about the fee or time.. When my son had completed his lessons they told him that he would have to pay $150 in order to get his driving certificate. That was all due to cancellation fees acquired. I called the office and explained my situation and they said I had to give them a 48 hour cancelation notice not 24. I said they gave me the wrong info at my first consolation and the lady there said that I should had read the policy as I  have the paperwork and it's stated on there.. She said that they will hold the certificate until It gets payed off. So I had to fork out an additional $150 after I had already paid $350 for the driving lessons. This is a huge amount of money for someone who is on disability and is paying for medications. So my son then gets there to pay the money we owed they take it and nobody is around to sign off on his paperwork. What kind of service is that!!?!?! He's still waiting on someone to sign off on the paperwork they got the money. People CAUTIONE BE WARE of the  cancellation policy and ask is it 24 or 48 hours!!!! Read Less

Simply the best driving school you ever gonna find in Simi Valley. I mean I checked these guys online and it was very easy scheduling an appointment with them. They even scheduled the DMV's drive-test appointment for me and picked me up on time for training on the day of test. The instructed was quick to note some of my driving weaknesses and focused my training on them through repetitive instructions until he was satisfied that I was ready for test. I took my lessons about a year ago and I remember everything like it was yesterday.  My first lesson, lady was nice and she brought the nice orange corrola.  After about 30 minutes, she was on her phone while I was drinkng anwsering her texts.  I was shocked that she wasnt paying attention or assisting me while on the road.  The next 2 lessons was a different person.  She was nice but told me 0 pointers.  We were just chatting the entire time.  She just told me directions.  She asked me if i wanted to go on the freeway, and I said I didnt feel comfortable yet.   I later took private lesson for the freeway with a different company after I got my license.  P.S. Surepass driving school rips people off . The driving lesson was fine . I paid 300 for there service .Then when they came to pick my Daughter up they wanted another 40 . so i paid that . she had two lessons and now they want another 40 dollors to do the last lesson . They told us it was in the contract . but they never gave us a contract or signed one .Surepass is just a big money hungry company .and should be shut down. Read Less

I have twin daughters that learned to drive through Surepass. Instructors drive directly to your home to pick up the students. They teach car safety, street and freeway driving. They did a great job preparing my daughters for the Drivers License test.They were a little apprehensive because two people failed the DMV drivers test before them.I am happy to say both of my daughters passed, one with 99 percent and one 100 percent on her test!  Surepass instructors did an outstanding job teaching and preparing our daughters to drive and pass the DMV test. Fantastic! I signed up my 16 year old son, who didn't even want to learn to drive. I made sure to get the maximum number of lessons for him. The teachers were great, and he really enjoyed himself. The teacher always reported back to me how he did and what they worked on. It really turned around his attitude of wanting to drive. first off, let me say that I am a terrible driver. before taking a class here I had had over 50 driving classes with different teachers and had still managed to fail my driving test twice! but after 5 easy and relaxed classes here I passed my test with almost no mistakes! best driving school ever! Wonderful experience here. The classroom had a great environment, we took tests that would directly prepare us for the permit test. The instructors explained everything perfectly. My behind the wheel training was fantastic with the instructors. They gave very clear instructions, helpful tips, and were all around very understanding and knowledgeable. Have you seen red & blue lights in your rearview mirror lately?  I did.  So to clear my driving record for insurance reasons, I looked for a good drivers ed school.  Surepass Driving Schools offers two excellent, easy-to-do CA DMV Drivers Education courses - online or study booklet.  I chose the study booklet, which I could borrow.  With the booklet and test inhand, I went home where I comfortably read the study book and then took the test afterwards.  The next day I took the booklet and test back to Surepass and they checked my test.  I passed (100%) and Surepass uploaded my results to the courthouse right then - it was that simple. The staff at Surepass was friendly, professional and I learned some new vehicle code regulations.   My experience could not have been any better.  BTW - Just to make sure Simi Valley Courthouse did their part with the info from Surepass, a couple of days later I stopped by the courthouse to verify matters.  Sure enough - no problems.  I highly recommend Surepass. My mom nor I was satisfied with the quality of training. Dealing with a condescending attitude, there was certainly a stark difference in training. My first instructor supplied nice comments, but did not cover some essentials which I was somehow scrutinized at my next lesson by my next for not knowing. There's a disconnection between the desire for the student to succeed and personal bias. To be completely honest, my driving improved outside the lesson after learning the basics because of the anxiety I experienced with my instructor for the last two lessons. He would just stop the car and stare at me when I made a mistake. Effective at all? I don't think so. It was an experience I do not plan to repeat in the near future or recommend anyone to have. Find a place in which the instructors can maintain a balance between strictness and understanding. Read Less

I have four kids. I've tried almost every driving school in the whole area (Tousand Oaks and Simi Valley) . Royal Driving School is no coparison with the other three. The cover everything in the the three lesssons package including freeway, canyon driving, parallal parking, defensive driving,and manymany things.
