With a little prior driving experience overseas, Phil was my instructor to help me pass my US driver's license. Now Phil is an excellent driver, with much experience (that he will frequently remind you), but his teaching ethics are questionable.Lacking tact and modesty, Phil will use aggressive tactics to try to teach a lesson. He disregards the feelings of his students, and doesn't seem committed to helping his students, but rather getting through his day.If you are thick skinned, I wouldn't want to discourage you from taking lessons with him, but if you are a little nervous about starting out, you might find yourself discouraged.Nevertheless I did pass my test so, if you are results oriented, Phil might also be your man...

After three lessons, I completely became a discouraged driver. It was my first time to be trained with the permit. Maybe I don't have such a good sense of driving. But the entire lessons made me ask myself "Am I this stupid? or this car is just shitty." The way the instructor (Phil) speak to me was pressure. Since English is my second language, comprehending his words while driving was scary multitasking. At the end of lesson, I even felt like I was harassed. I was about to cry. If you are a quiet girl, I definitely do not recommend this driving school, especially with Phil. Just learn from your parents who can make the comfortable atmosphere that you can talk honestly what you feel. I paid $270 and learned using gas, brake, and keep the car in center of the lane. Those are the only actual skills that I learned through three lessons... wow!

My daughter received one driving lesson from Phil we paid over $400 when we called to schedule the remainder two lessons we were told he can't do it. Then he said ok but we would have to pay an additional $200 because they were passed the contracted time. I didn't sign the contract he had my daughter who is a minor sign the contract, it's states you must use your lessons within a six-month time period. I think Phil is conducting business inappropriately and contract language should be discussed with the parent.

I recently signed up for driving lessons with Phil from Angels driving school. I had driven in India where there is right-have drive. He was telling me the important differences every point so that I want confused. He is extremely professional, confident, very experienced and safe. He changed my outlook towards driving. He was aware of the initial anxiety and took the pressure off me. I would strongly recommend Phil and Angels driving school to everyone.

As always Yelp will never let you down. Same instance happened when i tried to find a driving school for my wife, who has no prior driving experience. Phil is very professional, friendly instructor. Its been 5 classes and now my wife feels comfortable in driving. I am very satisfied and happy with her progress. I will definitely recommend this driving school to my friends.

My Son has already had 4 lessons with Angels Driving School. We are completely satisfied with the services provided, and the professionalism of the company. My Son is not only learning from a patient, insightful, attentive, and thoughtful Instructor (Phil), but he is also having a good time while learning. I feel 100% safe when my Son drives with Phil- which is one reason we have booked more than the State required lessons. I will definitely recommend this school to anyone.

I signed up my son to take a lesson in preparation for his driving test. Robert came to the house on time and was very nice and professional. He was able to give my son confidence and steered him in the right direction. On the day of the test, Robert picked up my son from the house and practiced with him before taking him to DMV for the test. He waited for my son to finish his test and that gave me a piece of mind. My son passed on the first try thanks to Robert. I was very impressed with the quality and care that Robert gave my son.

After three lessons, I completely became a discouraged driver. It was my first time to be trained with the permit. Maybe I don't have such a good sense of driving. My daughter received one driving lesson from Phil we paid over $400 when we called to schedule the remainder two lessons we were told he can't do it. Then he said ok but we would have to pay an additional $200 because they were passed the contracted time.
