Huge rip off. Overpriced and learned nothing. They also screwed me over by forgetting the paperwork necessary for me to take my test and instead of apologizing gave me a lecture on how the Petaluma DMV has a vendetta against people from Santa Rosa. Alex is cool but bill is very frustrating to say the least. This place has caused me endless avoidable stress and I wish I had looked at other options first. Save your money and look elsewhere. I scheduled my daughter's first behind the wheel training with AA because they had plenty of openings. We found out why it was so easy to schedule time with them - it was an extremely awkward experience for my daughter. She was asked to take the instructor to drive-through fast food because he was hungry. She felt uncomfortable the entire time with the instructor and his behavior. And since this experience, I have talked with several other friends who sent their kids to this school and had similar and worse experiences, including being taken to coffee at Walmart - a totally inappropriate use of time when you are paying for driver training. DON'T PUT YOUR DAUGHTER IN THIS SCHOOL! Read Less

I had to move cities and states while trying to get my driver's license and so, instead of sticking with one school, I ended up completing my training with 5 different instructors. After failing my behind-the-wheel test, I signed up with AA driving. Without a doubt, that was the best learning experience I had. Alex (my instructor with AA) was simply amazing! He knows how to teach you well, ease your worry, and made you focus on safe driving, being comfortable on the road and also a driving technique that will save your fuel. Well.. I passed my test last tuesday without a hitch and I would CERTAINLY RECOMMEND AA driving to anyone.The instructor is really professional, always arrives on time, does not mind conducting the lessons on weekends.Also, he is a very easy person to talk to with great personality, which in my opinion, is a great plus since you will be forced to spend hours in your instructor's company while learning how to drive.
