Doesn't show up for my third class (as we did my first and second classes on the same day), and texted me as her mom saying that she had an "emergency" and had to go to the emergency room to be seen by the doctors. I completely understood, and rescheduled to another date. The next time I saw her, I asked how she was doing and if she was doing better, and she literally didn't have any clue of what I was talking about. Also, during her driving lessons, she constantly kept on ta...lking about her boyfriend and all the relationship issues they had. I clearly didn't pay her to become a relationship therapist. My driving didn't get any better from learning from her and she gets really immature and starts screaming about her problems. I've never asked her about her life, and I don't intend to know about it either, especially when I'm paying this lady to teach me how to drive. She also names her contact really immaturely, such as "girl who's parents fucked about the schedule." I felt uncomfortable driving with her. The instructor Jenny was very informative and helpful. She taught me lots of new things that greatly improved my driving for example hand over hand steering. She was also understanding when I was unprepared for one of my appointments and was able to work with me to schedule another appointment quickly. Read Less

Had scheduled a lesson at Stratford Driving School after seeing some yelp reviews. Their website is easy to follow and schedule. Made the schedule and awaited the confirmation. The day came for the lesson and I was picked up by Jenny. Jenny was very knowledgeable about driving ethics and rules. She also is patient and very friendly during the lesson. We went over some turns and parking. I realized that I have not been making turns properly and also learned how to park better. Another good thing about Jenny is she knows all the traffic rules that I would never have known. I would recommend Stratford Driving School to anyone that wants to learn how to drive and goes the extra miles to perfect your skills. Read Less

Using Stratford driving school , it really helped me learn the techniques and little things that every new driver should know. Jenny was very helpful and taught be everything I needed to know. Although I did sign up on the website incorrectly, I eventually got all my lessons done, no big deal. Just make sure to carefully sign up on the website correctly. I had one lesson with Jenny on April 29th and scheduled a second one for this morning at 11:30.  I was a little surprised when she wasn't here at the scheduled time.  I waited for about 10 minutes, figuring she may have been stuck in traffic, before texting her.  She didn't immediately remember me, but as we'd only had 1 class, 2 weeks ago, this was understandable.  What isn't understandable is that assuming someone is a first-time student because they scheduled the lesson online rather than by calling on the phone and that because they're a first-time student it is alright to let them think they're having a lesson when you don't plan to actually show up for it, especially when the student is sent both a confirmation of the lesson after booking it and a reminder of it the day before the lesson.  This is no way to run a business. Why have an online booking system if you're going to ignore it?  What's more, why would you list Saturday hours when you don't want to work on a Saturday?  No one says that you have to offer Saturday classes, so just remove that from the scheduler and you won't have to deal with people booking Saturday appointments.  It really is an easy fix.  (When I spoke with Jenny after texting her, she suggested having classes on weekday mornings before I go to work -- she suggested a 7 AM class.  Sorry, that is ridiculous.  I booked a Saturday lesson for a reason.)I have emailed the company, which I suspect might just be Jenny (the phone number on the website is hers), asking for a refund of the $100 fee I paid when I booked the appointment.  If I do not receive it, they will be hearing from my lawyer.  I won't have a problem taking them to court over $100.
