The teacher had the wrong day, then had to reschedule two hours later on the right day, then got mad at me for his inconvenient parking because he doesn't like my working hours. He had a whole week to make sure I paid for the second session, and never told me I hadn't paid for it until after he complained about parking.He was told I had bad hearing, so he spoke quieter when I had my hearing aids in (deaf driving is legal in my state, by the way).He constantly switched from proper English to bad English, so I couldn't understand his instructions (He's say 'car need go', so I don't know if he said 'No slam on brake!' or No, slam on brakes!')He declared I was unteachable after I said I needed to adjust my foot three times (hey, maybe that's something you should help me with?). Did he leave me a note so I could use it when applying for a job? Nope, just call me an idiot three times, that'll solve things.He knew I could only spare time for one lesson a week. First thing he did, complain that didn't work for him (Yes, it's my fault my husband works overtime so I have to take care of the house, work, job hunt, study, and sleep for the rest of my waking hours).

Even 1 star is too much. Extremely rude, extremely unprofessional, charge you extras big time.Punctuality: Their drivers arrive late and tell you that you gave them the wrong address (complete BS). Ra...
Even 1 star is too much. Extremely rude, extremely unprofessional, charge you extras big time.Punctuality: Their drivers arrive late and tell you that you gave them the wrong address (complete BS). Rates:They change their rates 5 times by the time it is time for you to pay and make you call their manager. The drivers and managers keep yelling at you and not allowing you to talk when discussing payments.Teaching: My driver kept driving me around while eating his bagel. Nothing on parallel parking, nothing on parallel reverse. I had to ask to be given the opportunity to do parallel practice.Threat:The manager Jonathan called me to discuss the rate hike their driver had given me. He threatened me with his "lawyer brother".Cars: Their cars are in horrible condition. I practiced in a 1990's Ford which was falling apart.Do not do business with these people. Ask your friends to lend you cars, go to other companies. But do not work with these people. Extremely rude.

I went with this driving school because they had a good offer going on when I was researching for driving schools in my area. I was a bit worried because the price they quoted was so much less than the others, it made me wonder it it would affect the quality of instructions. I had nothing to be worried about! Their office responded to my email inquiry immediately, I called to set up my first lesson soon after, and had my first lesson with Paul not long after that. I highly recommend Paul as an instructor. He was patient, thorough, careful and showed me everything including the exact route that the DMV tester was going to take me. He gave me extremely helpful hints on what the DMV test was looking for, and also gave me honest and useful tips on what needed improving. His instructions boosted my confidence, and I passed my test!! Thank you!

This driving school truly is the best and is very affordable! I dealt with their Pinole location, though I believe they are all intertwined. My driving teacher was Karen. She thoroughly taught me everything I needed to know. When I first started lessons, I had never actually driven before in my life. And here I am a month later, WITH MY BRAND SPANKIN' NEW DRIVER'S LICENSE!!! I passed the driving test on my very first try. And I owe it all to Karen and her wonderful teaching. I took about 6 driving lessons with Karen, then got in some practice with my mom. I'm so glad I went with this driving school!!

I had reservations about going with this company because they had no yelps and the manager seemed a little overwhelmed, but our experience turned out to be excellent. Not only did my 17 year old son love his teacher, but in a pinch the manager scheduled our final driving lesson before our DMV test after we were given an unexpected opportunity to get my son's license early. Hats off to the manager and both teachers (had to go with a different one for final since pressed for time). I would recommend this school to any parent or adult.

The teacher had the wrong day, then had to reschedule two hours later on the right day, then got mad at me for his inconvenient parking because he doesn't like my working hours. I went with this driving school because they had a good offer going on when I was researching for driving schools in my area. I was a bit worried because the price they quoted was so much less than the others, it made me wonder it it would affect the quality of instructions. I had nothing to be worried about! Their office responded to my email inquiry immediately, I called to set up my first lesson soon after, and had my first lesson with Paul not long after that. I highly recommend Paul as an instructor. He was patient, thorough, careful and showed me everything including the exact route that the DMV tester was going to take me. He gave me extremely helpful hints on what the DMV test was looking for, and also gave me honest and useful tips on what needed improving. His instructions boosted my confidence, and I passed my test!! Thank you!

This driving school truly is the best and is very affordable! I dealt with their Pinole location, though I believe they are all intertwined. My driving teacher was Karen. She thoroughly taught me everything I needed to know. When I first started lessons, I had never actually driven before in my life. I had reservations about going with this company because they had no yelps and the manager seemed a little overwhelmed, but our experience turned out to be excellent. Not only did my 17 year old son love his teacher, but in a pinch the manager scheduled our final driving lesson before our DMV test after we were given an unexpected opportunity to get my son's license early. Hats off to the manager and both teachers (had to go with a different one for final since pressed for time). I would recommend this school to any parent or adult.
