I am trying to take my driver training currently. I called the place, and no one answered. I don't know if they're open during the week, as I couldn't find hours anywhere. :(

My 16 year old daughter is not a "natural" at the wheel, so we were delighted to find a good solid driving teacher. You can't beat Mona from Driversity. She's fantastic - she defines patience and has nerves of steel. On my daughter's first lesson, Mona actually had to take the wheel to help my daughter merge. Mona has taught my daughter everything about the rules of the road as well as safe driving skills. She will get you teen ready for the specifics of the driving test, as well as letting you know what papers and documents to bring to the DMV. She's also great with moral support and upbeat comments. My daughter really liked her lessons with Mona. We signed-up for a few extra lessons to be sure she would pass the driving test with ease and confidence.Don't be put off by the man who answers the phone at Driversity. He talks as if he has marbles in his mouth and is little difficult to understand. He may be a bit hard of hearing also. But once you make the appointment, you won't be disappointed by Mona. Read Less

If i could select zero stars i would. Do not ever use this company if you need driving lessons unless you are ok with unprofessional behavior and being yelled at. I scheduled an appointment with their ghetto customer service rep for lessons. After waiting 30 minutes for the instructor (15 mins before the appointment and 15 mins after) no one showers up. I called Driversity and the same rep took my call and said he'd follow up with me when he found out why the driver was a no show. After 10 mins I called back because (can you guess?) he never called me back. I asked why the driver was late and he said he didn't know and was trying to find out. I was angry (for obvious reasons) told them not to bother and hung up. I was LIVID!!!!! I called back to see if I could speak with the owner and the same rep answered the call and had the nerve to be angry with me for hanging up on him.... I mean come on! hes mad but Driversity is in the wrong........what poor customer service. So while on the phone, Not only did he refuse to connect me with the owner he said (while yelling at me), "we don't want your damn business," "I'll hang up on you before you can hang up on me," "you didn't give me a chance to explain that the driver didn't show because I forgot to let her know." "I ain't telling u anything," "do you actually think I'd let you talk to the owner?" WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We'll, unfortunately for him, I hung up first. Here's a tip if you are looking for driving lessons.......make sure they are BBB accredited, have a general pick up and drop off location, not your home address, somewhere close by maybe, get something in writing to confirm your appointment and check out their refund policy first. Good luck. Read Less

I came here on the purpose of attending traffic school. So of course the initial feeling is to be miserable. However, the class was very accommodating in that the class was pretty straight forward - and at times a laugh here and there - compared to other traffic classes that have the "comedy" or "pizza" titles in their businesses. The school only offers a few classes a month. A major inconvenience about this place is that they do not advertise and up-to-date schedule of their openings. When trying to call the location i always get their automated messaging system. So i assume the only way to schedule to attend a class is to go to the school (directly next to citibank). Parking may be a hassle as the class is at least 8 hours long, though you get breaks/lunch every 1.5-2.5 hours. As for the content of the class, it is mainly reading off from the book and the obsolete VHS videos. How interesting the content is varies from person to person. For me, most of the stuff is review. However, there are some rules & regulations that i did not even know (ex: it is illegal to hang anything on your rear-view mirror...even a rosary).I would still recommend going here if you need to take traffic school.
