Don't  go here!!!! Be prepared to be set back and shovel out more money if you're transferring from another County. Most Counties are 26 self help. They make you do 58 No matter how far you're  into your program. On top of that, they only give credit for 2 self help per week. Take my advice go somewhere else . Transferring back to the school I came from. Read Less

When I first tried to enroll at AODD and when do my first "meeting" I couldn't go in because my medication I have been taking for the last eight years. So they "she" a receptionist there told me "oh yeah just show proof they are you legally prescribed this medication, next week comes by I bring in my prescription bottle with the DEA #'s on it etc, and a doctor's note that I got faxed to me. Anyways out of the 15/16 week I am supposed to be there; One can miss 3 classes [FYI: if your are 5 seconds late they won't let you in so they can rack up more cash} and this is my 2nd time at this place once 6 years ago. This morning I got a call from the court and this really cool p.o. officer said "well we never got sent any information that you have actually enrolled in the program" ......Really A.O.O.D. is it to f'n hard to fax over and you your jobs to show that I paid my 762$ and am enrolled.anyways this is the closest place but if you live north of ortega go to another program. That is my cliff-note version on my complaint. If you any any questions etc ask for Ramon, he knows what is what... Read Less

Lynn and Larry Vaughan are primarily in this business to scoop up as much money as possible regardless of what they have to do to get it. DUI schools were created to educate people on issues of drinking and driving but this sick couple has managed to become rich while mistreating the participants and underpaying their employees. AODD is there to exploit the mistakes of other people and to cheat them out of their hard earned money. They even cheat their own employees by doubling up the size of their groups and closing the doors early to maximize on the " Late fees". Every participant complaints about the inept retarded counselors like Charles who's idea of counseling is to crack stupid jokes all the time. very sick twisted way of making money but they get away with it.Read Less
