My driver instructor was named Peter Tran and I took him about 4 years ago shortly after getting my permit. Warning: He has a moderate asian accent, but I still found him very understandable and incredibly funny. He picks you up at your house and takes you around the area. He's a bit loud on the phone, so I'd reccomend the idea of calling the school (Top Driving School). I had a great experience and recommended him to many friends and they enjoyed the experience as well. They offer me the best rate but the schedule did not work for me. The lady said she will call me back if anyone cancels the appointment so that she can work around my schedule but she never did. So I ended up choosing some other driving school and started taking my lesson.  She calls me back two days after and started yelling at me over the telephone because I chose other school.  She was not listening to me and got really upset. I told her to calm down but she hung up shortly after she asked with strong Vietnamese accent, "so do you want to get lessons or not?"  I can not give her any respect for running her business like that.  It is possible to have communication/misunderstanding but the way she went about it was far from a good business mind.  I am so glad that I did not take any lessons from this school.*They ask for only cash. **They do not speak English fluently.
