Very unprofessional - Tried to call them, could not get anyone on the phone. Left an enquiry message via their website. Did not hear back at all. Tried to call and then left a voice message with my number .. no call back. Talked to another driving school and got an appointment the next day.Wonder how they get their high ratings on Yelp? Long story short...Our son took his online course test a day before his appt. at the DMV.  I missed the fact that it stated on the web site that the certificate needed to take to the DMV is mailed within 6-8 days of course completion - we clearly weren't going to get it in time.  I sent an email on that Sunday and inquired, acknowledging I had dropped the ball, if I could pick up the certificate at the office location the next day - a total Hail Mary.  An hour and a half later we get an email from Rick saying 'the certificate is in your mailbox'.  My wife and I were floored.  Rick, on a Sunday, hand delivered the certificate to our house.  What else is there to say?  Thanks so much Rick!!!! Excellent school, very lenient and flexible with payments. Price is very reasonable, for the basic package includes everything you will need. Ask for Blue Ribbon Driving School, great instructor. I only had five 90min lessons and passed the road test on the 1st try. He will cover everything you will need to know for the road test. The only negative things is they will not pick you up from and drop you off to your desired location like many other driving schools. Found this place on yelp and they were great! I did their smallest package which I believe was 5 driving lessons, 5 hour class and a scheduled road test. My driving instructor was Brandon who was super helpful and knowledgeable. I remember having a scheduling conflict since something had come up, rescheduling was quick and easy! The instructor was really nice and patient. He definitely points out what you will be needing to know for the DMV exam.I had failed my driving test twice so I didn't want to risk it, and I took an hour lesson and voila! Blue ribbon driving school is a very good practice driving and online class courses. I took the driving classes with an instructor. At this company there are 2 instructors. Two men. Both of them have Hondas. The thing I like the most about them is that a car isn't covered with student driver or new driver. They just have a medium size sticker on their back window. I had a great experience with Blue Ribbon Driving School. Rick was a fantastic teacher. He eased me into driving and I felt relatively comfortable behind the wheel after just a few hours of his instruction. He is calm and constructive, I always felt safe on our lessons. This is a review I had put on Google's website 2 years ago and another reviewer after me accused it of being a fake review. This is not the case. Everything you will read here actually happened to me. I've added other things that I've remembered as well as some extra emotions that come up when thinking back to this.Do NOT pay this place a cent! I was referred to Blue Ribbon by Allstars because they were completely booked. Let me start off by saying that the owner of the school, Rick, always arrives 5-10 minutes late for every driving lesson. And takes the students back to their homes about 15- 20 minutes early. Plus on their site it says they charge you $295 for three 2 hour sessions, but since I was given a number I didn't know that that was the original price, the amount we were charged was way more because of the referral of the guy at Allstars I suppose, but I didn't know that at the time. I guess he received a cut of the pay. Anyway, they say the lessons last for 2 hours, but it's a huge lie! During your driving lesson, Rick (the instructor) will constantly make the student park on a curb and he'll make phone calls to arrange new appointments with other people in front of you! It is such a mock and so disrespectful! He'll waste your valuable learning time and you'll regret paying him. Rick is greedy. He even made me drive him to his bank so he could cash a check that he had just received from one of his students and to cash in the check that my parents had just payed him right after he had just picked me up. To me this showed poor class and it seemed he cared more about the money than helping people learn how to drive. Sure, I enjoyed it when I actually had the time to practice but that time was very limited due to Rick constantly asking me to "park here" while he did god knows what on his stupid little i-pad.  Definitely not referring anyone to this guy and you should look for someone who will actually do their job. Blue Ribbon is an excellent driving school. Rick is an awesome instructor, who is patient & ensures that you learn driving well. He is very honest with his feedback to you. This in my opinion is a very fine quality. He was punctual to pick me up and ensured that I drove through many different traffic situations. Way to go Rick!
